Research On Marx’s Thoughts Of Life·Production·Ecology

Life is an eternal philosophical problem.Production is the real force of social development.Ecology is not only a natural environmental problem that human beings must face,but also a social topic that western Marxist scholars misread deeply.Life,production and ecology reflect the basic relationship in social life between humans and themselves,humans and nature,humans and society.At present,the tensions between life,production and ecology are hidden behind the ecological problems and existential crises that human beings are facing in the development.Therefore,it is very necessary to systematically study life,production and ecology in order to make them participate in social life in an integral form of "Life · Production · Ecology".Reproduction theory is a category of Marx’s economics,explaining the law of social reproduction movement.The whole moving process of life,production and ecology is the realization process of social reproduction.Therefore,it is of both theoretical and practical significance to think and interpret Marx’s thoughts of life,production and ecology from the perspective of reproduction.Based on classic texts,the paper summarizes the main content of Marx’s thoughts of life,production and ecology,and discusses their historic significance and realistic value from the perspective of social reproduction."Life · Production · Ecology" is an integral concept with intrinsic unity.The process in which living individuals,as "passionate beings",actively pursue objects in the dynamic environment is the process of labor practice.In labor practice,human’s productive capacity is gradually gained,and the "nature around humans" is incorporated into their own production.The real relationship between human and nature is regenerated in the labor activities.Meanwhile,the most important ecosystem of human society---social relations also emerged.Marx’s historiography confirms that the generation of history is the social reproduction process of life,production and ecology.In the process,"real natural history" and social relations constitute the two basic forms of history.The social significance of nature is represented by the combination of nature and labor so as to create wealth.The responsibility of "good parents"---land is manifested through land improvement and reproduction which represent the ethical dimension of "material circulation".Life community becomes the value choice of historical ethics in the process of reproduction,which constructs the historical ethical form.The historical construction of life,production and ecology is formed and developed in the real movement of social reproduction.It is the concrete practice of human’s reproduction of "the whole nature" and the ecology of social relations under the "law of beauty",and thus realizes the reconciliation between humans and nature,and between humans and themselves.In the social real movement,science and technology connect natural forces and productive forces,industrial revolution and social change,which is the practical link of social reproduction.Marx’s thoughts of life,production and ecology is based on its internal logic,historic significance and reproduction facts.The thoughts theoretically uphold and develop Marxism.And they are also useful for the process of Chinese-style modernization,the realization of a better life and the community with a shared future for mankind.
