Study On The Inheritance And Development Of The Theory Of Yingwei By Ye Tiansh

Research Objectives:First,according to the study of philology,this paper sorts out and summarizes the treatises of ancient medical scholars on ying wei theory,and defines the concept and connotation of ying wei.Second,through the study of Ye Tianshi’s works and medical cases,summarize ye Tianshi’s inheritance and development of ying wei theory,in order to enrich the theory of traditional chinese medicine and better understand the connotation of ying wei theory of traditional chinese medicine.Third,by sorting out the application and expansion research of the camp and health theory of Ye Tianshi,the aim is to better guide the current clinical practice of traditional chinese medicine and forecast the development of camp and health theory of traditional chinese medicine in the next phase.Research methods:This topic belongs to literature collation,analysis and inductive research.On the research path,firstly,CNKI and library resources of NTNU were used as the main literature retrieval sources to collect relevant medical works of various dynasties and systematically review,sort out and summarize the ying wei theory in them.Secondly,taking Ye Tianshi Medical Complete Book as the main research obj ect,this paper identifies,collects,analyzes,collates and researches the original literature information of ying wei theory contained in it.Then,it analyzes,reveals and summarizes ye Tianshi’s play and application of ying wei theory.Finally,it analyzes and summarizes the expanded application of Ye Tianshi’s camp and health theory by contemporary researchers,including the analysis of his tutor’s clinical cases,in order to comprehensively and systematically understand and apply Ye Tianshi’s contribution to camp and health theory.Research Conclusions:First,the yingwei theory originated from huangdi neijing has been continuously inherited,innovated and developed by physicians of later generations.The concept and connotation of ying wei are clarified by combing ying wei theory in past dynasties.1.Yingwei is a dynamic description of the qi mechanism of the human body.Yingwei theory is a holistic qi mechanism theory,based on the functions of zang-fu organs,with Yingwei qi and blood as the content,and channels and collages as channels and interaction sites.2,By the three reasons(external cause-not internal and external cause-internal cause)caused by yingwei qi and blood circulation,interaction,chemical health disorders are yingwei and discord.3.The functions of zang-fu organs and sanjiao affect the circulation,interaction,transformation and production of Yingwei qi and blood.Therefore,zang-fu theory and Sanjiao theory are compatible with the yingwei theory,and the parts that are partial to the yingwei theory can be incorporated into the yingwei theory for study.Second,based on the previous development achievements of The theory of yingwei,Ye Tianshi pushed the theoretical connotation and application of the theory of yingwei to a new height,enriched the theory of yingwei originated in Neijing,which is worthy of further study by later generations.The inheritance and development of ying wei theory by Ye Tianshi is embodied in:1.Ye Tianshi’s theory system of syndrome differentiation of qi and blood.On the basis of his predecessors,(1)He gives a more comprehensive interpretation of the movement and material properties of ying wei,and further clarifies the relationship between ying wei and wei,ying wei and yin and yang,ying wei and qi and blood.(2)Further explain the hierarchy and systematicness of yingwei theory as well as the theories of opening,closing and centering.(3)Expanded the application of tongue diagnosis,macula differentiation and differentiation baipei in yingwei qi and blood syndrome differentiation.(4)In the treatment of febrile diseases,the theory of yingwei has been expanded at all levels of weiqi,yingwei and blood,and the prescription drugs for harmonizing Yingwei have been enriched.2.Ye Tianshi’s physique theory,on the basis of inheriting the theory of healthy physique in Neijing,further developed the physique theory of traditional chinese medicine combined with its expansion of ying Wei theory.On the basis of clarifying the physiological characteristics and mutual relations of various levels of guarding qi and nourishing blood,the division of TCM constitution types is enriched.On the basis of the diagnosis and treatment thought of body differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation,it is of great significance to define the types of diseases,judge the spread and outcome of diseases,and then determine the treatment of diseases.3.Inheritance and development of yingwei theory on differentiation and management of Luo Disease by Ye Tianshi.On the basis of clarifying the relationship between Ying wei and Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,the relationship between Ying Wei and the meridian is further clarified,and the inherent circulation mechanism of the meridian itself is recognized.(Clinical Guide medical Case)in understanding the pathogenesis of collateral diseases,put forward "long illness into collateral","initially qi knot in the meridian,long time blood injury into collateral" and other views.4.Ye Tianshi’s academic thoughts enriched the theory of Ying Wei,which originated from Neijing,and widely applied the theory to the diagnosis and treatment of exogenous fever and miscellaneous diseases of internal injuries,which is of great research value to the basic theoretical research and clinical application of contemporary traditional chinese medicine.5.The modern extended understanding and application of ye tianshi’s theory of nourishing qi and blood are mainly reflected in:(1)through the in-depth understanding of ye tianshi’s theory of nourishing qi and blood syndrome differentiation,its theoretical connotation has been widely applied to the diagnosis and treatment of modern exogenous fever,and has achieved remarkable results.(2)It is believed that today has entered the era of chronic diseases,the proportion of dampness-heat constitution in the population has increased,and the pathogenesis of dampness-heat block leading to impassability of camp and health is widespread,which is further manifested as stasis of camp and blood collateral obstruction.(3)It further explains the characteristics of damp-heat constitution in the new era,and summarizes the constitution of blood-heat Yin injury under the guidance of the theory of blood syndrome differentiation.(4)Advocate the combination of syndrome differentiation of "nourishing qi,nourishing blood and activating the meridians and collaterals system",implement generous treatment,diagnose and treat the current common disease state of nourishing wei and disharmony,and provide a broader idea for modern TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment.
