Cities and food play an irreplaceable role in achieving sustainable development, and urban agriculture and urban food systems will face more severe challenges after entering the post-pandemic era.At the same time, the global strategic planning for urban food space is in full swing, while China is relatively lacking in research in this field and needs to be put on the agenda. This thesis proposes that the strategy of urban agriculture and urban food system should be incorporated into the planning concept of future cities(communities)and directly reflected in the spatial form to form a new productive urban "agriculture-food system".Track and study the evolution of definitions, conceptual discrimination and scope of urban agriculture and food systems, and clarify the relationship between cities and "agriculture-food systems" under the concept of productivity.Guided by the knowledge graph of literature research, this thesis comprehensively sorts out the development process of "agriculture-food system" in domestic and foreign cities. In the research foundation part, the theoretical scientificity, quantitative feasibility and policy foresight are highlighted;in the urban strategy part, typical cases of organizations or institutions from global to local are introduced;in the systematic review part, the theoretical research context, evaluation method induction and planning practice are described in detail.Focus on the theoretical model, evaluation model and planning model of the urban "agriculture-food system" :Theoretical model: type and layout. The construction method of urban agriculture type is determined from a comprehensive perspective;three-dimensional matrix is explained by itemized attributes;typical samples are analyzed through compound elements.Organize the urban agricultural structure according to the interpretation simulation, model value and gradient planning of spatial differentiation patterns;connect the food system space with the help of maps of production, transportation and consumption. The concept of productive surface and organizational reconstruction are implanted, and the spatial model of urban "agriculture-food system" is proposed with ecological transformation, distributed units and systematic assumptions.Evaluation model: quantification and compensation. With the improvement of urban ecological carrying capacity, the calculation of space competition and flow distance, and the review of the whole life cycle assessment, the theoretical foundation of ecological productive area compensation is laid. For the space utilization of the built environment, the quantitative assessment of spatial potential and ecological vacancy is demonstrated from three aspects: questionnaire survey, index system, and inventory site selection. The calculation method of space reclamation and ecological compensation is improved from the stock space development mode and ecological land saving benefit quantification.Planning models: simulation and design.Propose theoretical principles, land use reviews, and policy recommendations to form guidelines for urban " agriculture-food system" planning.Summarize the design experience of relevant achievements in the research stage such as competition plan design, invention patent application, and home production experiment.Develop the urban "agriculture-food system" spatial system through urban indicators, production requirements, and coupling strategies;organize its flow system through cluster nodes, establish distribution, and enhance networks;and apply it to fictional environments and actual projects through planning cases. On the basis of systematic review, the urban "agriculture-food system" uses technical methods such as induction and integration, innovation evaluation, and algorithm simulation. It consists of three parts: a theoretical model,an evaluation model and a planning model that support each other, and explores a road to urban ecological transformation and sustainable development oriented by green production strategies. |
