| The construction industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy, closely related to the development of the country and the improvement of people’s lives.Building information modeling(BIM),as an information technology with strong professionalism and applied to engineering design and engineering management, plays an important role in the innovation and development of construction industry.Although China has been implementing BIM applications for twenty years and the government has been vigorously promoting it for more than ten years, the application effect is not ideal.Overall,BIM applications in China are still in the exploration and learning stage, and there is a significant gap in their application effectiveness, breadth, and depth compared to the expectations of the government and society. The imbalance in the development of engineering simulation and activity support of BIM dual tasks has led to the emergence of the "two skin" problem in BIM applications, and the long-term existence and lack of improvement of this problem have led to the BIM application dilemma in China. This study aims to promote the development of BIM applications in China, focusing on solving the problem of "two skins" in BIM applications.Based on the theory of dual-task principal-agent and maturity theory, the study on the collaboration of BIM dual tasks has been carried out.The theoretical framework of BIM dual-task collaboration, the research system of BIM dual-task collaboration incentive model, and the evaluation model of BIM two-dimensional maturity have been established successively. Then, under the guidance of the theoretical framework of BIM dual-task collaboration, the research results of BIM dual-task collaboration incentive model and BIM two-dimensional maturity model are applied to case enterprises, and ideal results have been achieved. The specific research contents and related conclusions are as follows:The first is the establishment of the theoretical framework for BIM dual-task collaboration.(1)Three core concepts, namely,BIM dual tasks,BIM two-dimensional maturity and BIM dual-task collaboration, are put forward, and it is considered that realizing BIM dual-task collaboration and improving BIM two-dimensional maturity are the fundamental ways to solve the "two skins" problem of BIM application and make China break through the BIM application dilemma;(2)This thesis proposes the circular gap filling and sequential parallel advance incentive mechanisms for BIM dualtask collaboration,as well as the evaluation methods for two-dimensional maturity levels, the severity of the "two skins" problem in BIM application, and the implementation effectiveness of incentive measures;(3)It is believed that multiple incentives and phased evaluations are two major tools for promoting BIM dual-task collaboration, and the formation reasons of the stepped improvement path for BIM twodimensional maturity are explained;(4)On the basis of the above ideas,a theoretical framework for BIM dual task collaboration is constructed, which can provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to solve the “two skin” problem of BIM application and for China to break through the dilemma of BIM application. The second is incentive strategy research on BIM dual-task collaboration.(1)According to BIM application characteristics between organizations, the interorganizational dual-task collaboration incentive models such as single-layer dual-task,double-layer dual-task and multi-agent dual-task(including independence, substitution and complementary relationship models)are constructed;(2)According to BIM application characteristics in the organization, multistage and dual-task collaboration incentive models in the organization based on reputation effect and reputation ratchet coupling effect are constructed;(3)Through optimization solution, model analysis, and numerical simulation, the impact of various factors on the optimal incentive intensity of the principal, the optimal effort level of the agent, and performance manipulation behavior is analyzed; On the basis, the incentive strategy sets of circular gap filling and sequential parallel advance for BIM dual-task collaboration between and within organizations are put forward. The third is the research on improving the two-dimensional maturity.(1)Aiming at the problems existing in traditional BIM application maturity models,in order to find a solution,a two-dimensional maturity index system is established, which takes the ten knowledge fields of project management knowledge system as the first-level indexes and its 49 management processes as the second-level indexes;(2)The BIM twodimensional maturity model is established to evaluate the BIM application maturity from both the real world and the virtual world, which includes index selection, maturity level definition, intuitionistic fuzzy matrix weighting, maturity expert questionnaire survey, and two-dimensional maturity calculation;(3)Based on the analysis of the incentive strategy sets obtained from BIM dual-task collaboration incentive models, specific BIM dual-task collaboration incentive measures are proposed.Based on the results of the two-dimensional maturity evaluation, incentive problem identification, application of incentive measures, and analysis of incentive effects are conducted;(4)The application case shows that two-dimensional maturity evaluation and dual-task collaboration incentives promoted the BIM application maturity of the enterprise; The BIM two-dimensional maturity model is scientifically reasonable, simple and effective, which has eight advantages that traditional BIM maturity models cannot compare with. The innovations of this study are as follows:(1)Three core concepts of BIM dualtask,BIM two-dimensional maturity, and BIM dual-task collaboration are proposed. These, along with the incentive mechanisms, evaluation methods and development paths of BIM dual-task collaboration, jointly construct the theoretical framework of BIM dual-task collaboration.(2)The construction and analysis of BIM dual-task collaboration incentive models in different principal-agent scenarios, such as monolayer,bilayer,multi-agent,multistage,and multi-effect,expand the scope of current research on BIM application incentive.Through model analysis and numerical simulation, systematic incentive strategy sets are obtained.(3)On the basis of introducing a scientific evaluation index system and intuitionistic fuzzy weighting method, the BIM two-dimensional maturity model stablishes an evaluation mode with60 pairs of two-dimensional maturity values and corresponding analysis and incentive methods.Compared with traditional models with only one maturity value, the function and value of the model are greatly enhanced, and it also breaks away from the constraints of traditional models only applicable to a single scenario, achieving full coverage of various scenarios such as projects, enterprises and industries. This thesis has 74 figures,37 tables and 229 references. |
