| As the focus and core of enterprise competition,how to obtain user preference information and optimize products design on this basis not only has broad commercial value,but also has profound theoretical significance.In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet and information service platforms,new online information products represented by online music,online video and online books have gradually emerged,and the competition between platforms has become increasingly fierce.How to effectively obtain user preference information and optimize the design of information products has become an important issue for information service platforms.This article takes T company’s comic information service platform as an example.By combing the process of information products design of this enterprise,we found that T company cannot obtain comprehensive users’ demand information and lack of systematic information design guidelines.And,the problems lead to user’s low interest about new products.In view of the problems are generally faced by online information service platforms,this paper combines product optimization design theory and text mining technology to propose a information product optimization design method based on user online comments,which helps the online information service platforms to solve the problems in product development process.The specific steps of the method are as follows:First,select the appropriate source to collection the user comment and pre-processing;secondly,extract the user’s product attribute preference from the user’s comment data;and then further quantify the user’s preference degree of product element with the quantitative indicator of user attention.Finally,establish a product optimization design model and solve the analysis to achieve the purpose of determining the optimal product design.This paper helps online information service platforms to further optimize and design information products that meet user needs based on user preference information.Provide ideas for commercial enterprises to obtain data information and effectively apply data to realize value-added。On the one hand,this paper studies how to improve the operation mode of mobile Internet companies.On the other hand,it provides reference for traditional enterprises to use big data technology to obtain user preference information and improve product design. |
