| Automobile manufacturing industry is an increasingly competitive industry.How to ensure the high-speed production of cars as well as to ensure the quality of cars and timely respond to personalized customer customization demand is the key to improve the competitiveness of each automobile manufacturing enterprise.Nowadays,the planning scheduling methods of automobile mixed model production workshop mainly foucsed on the optimization of single workshop.For the integrated scheduling of multiple automobile mixed model production workshops,the main consideration is the rescheduling of the upstream and downstream workshop buffers,and the processing scenarios are mainly for the mass production mode with less varieties.With the growing demand of customers,the automobile manufacturing industry is gradually changing to the production mode of multi variety and small batch.The original production scheduling method has been unable to adapt to the new production mode.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of multi variety and small batch automobile mixed model production,this paper mainly studies and explores the integrated scheduling framework of automobile mixed model production workshop from three aspects: the automobile mixed model production order sequencing,the task package division of automobile mixed model production planning and the integrated scheduling of automobile mixed model production workshop.The major studies are shown as below:(1)The integrated scheduling method framework for multi variety and small batch of automobile mixed model production workshop is established.Combined with the characteristics of automobile mixed model production mode,i.e.many product types,complex material delivery and more disturbance factors,and the features of production scheduling of mixed model production workshop in automobile manufacturing industry including inconsistent product type configuration,strong production line constraints,scheduling coupling of multiple workshops,and high accuracy of material delivery,the key decision points and issues of integrated scheduling process of automobile mixed model production workshop are discussed and studied.(2)The sequencing model of automobile mixed production order based on priority relationship violation is constructed.Aiming at the demand of automobile production order sequencing which can be adjusted adaptively according to the characteristics of order set,an order sequence differentiation evaluation method based on the priority relationship violation is proposed.Meanwhile,combined with the order similarity analysis method of automobile mixed model production workshop,a production order sequencing model is constructed.To solve the problem,combined with an evolutional algorithm based on multi region division and sampling strategy and region-based evaluation strategy,an order sequencing method is designed.(3)The task package division model of automobile mixed model production planning based on the inventory constraint of stereo garbage is constructed.For the demand of inconsistent car sequence transformation between the upstream and downstream mixed model production workshops,the task package division method of mixed model production planning is focused on: firstly,the stereo garage car body inventory and the amount constraint are analyzed;secondly,the task package division model of production planning comprehensively considering the amount of car bodies in the buffer and subsequent mixed model scheduling factors is constructed.A task package division method based on solution information is designed.(4)The integrated scheduling model of automobile mixed model production workshop based on task package is established.Aiming at the optimal scheduling requirements of each workshop in the integrated scheduling of automobile mixed model production workshop,the integrated scheduling model of automobile mixed model production workshop based on task package is established,and a scheduling method combined with a multi-objective cuckoo search algorithm based on record matrix is designed.(5)Automobile mixed model production planning scheduling system is designed and developed.According to the optimization theory and method proposed in this paper,based on the practical application requirements of a domestic automobile manufacturing enterprise,an automobile mixed model production planning scheduling platform system for multi variety and small batch is designed and developed.The software and hardware architecture of the platform system are mainly elaborated,and combined with the development example the main functions of the platform system and application effect are shown and demonstrated. |
