Technological advancement promotes the continuous development of the manufacturing industry.The multi-variety and small-batch high-flexibility mixed-flow production mode can meet the diversity of customer needs and quickly respond to market demands,so it is widely adopted and promoted by the manufacturing industry.Order-oriented production can enable enterprises to save unnecessary waste.When production demand is difficult to predict,order-based production can often reduce the risk of backlogged goods and obtain higher benefits.An effective workshop scheduling scheme helps the manufacturing industry to efficiently use production resources,conduct orderly production,reduce production costs,improve production efficiency,and obtain high economic benefits.Workshop scheduling considers how to order products and the order of production in each phased planning period.In this paper,the research on the workshop scheduling problem of order-oriented mixed-flow production line found that the time for all parts produced in the workshop to reach the final assembly station is quite different,and there is a stacking phenomenon in the final assembly process.Therefore,the order delivery period is established.The on-time scheduling and the simultaneous completion of the same product components are the objective function of the workshop scheduling model.Combined with the characteristics of order-oriented mixed-flow production line workshop scheduling,after a comprehensive analysis of several algorithms,a two-layer coding method based on processes and workpieces was proposed,and an improved social particle swarm algorithm was designed,which was analyzed and verified by simulation examples As a comparison between the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm and the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm,the effectiveness and applicability of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm are verified,and the superiority of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is obtained through the comparison.Select a production line for the broken bridge aluminum doors and windows A of a decoration engineering company,analyze the existing problems of the production line,establish a corresponding workshop production scheduling mathematical model,process the production orders,working hours,processes and other data,use MATLAB software to encode,set the algorithm Parameters of the model,the improved particle swarm algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution of the model.Through comparison and analysis with the original scheduling method,the work efficiency has been improved by 93%.The example results verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.The model and algorithm have certain guidance and reference significance for production.
