Ready Mixed Concrete(RMC) is one of the world's largest usage and the most versatile building materials, which is widely used in the construction field. In China, most RMC plants do not have a series of scientific and reasonable RMC distribution system, they complete their distribution process based on experiences, furthermore, combining RMC production and relevant vehicles' scheduling is seldom be put forward.The related research about the RMC vehicle scheduling and some popular simulation methods were analyzed in the paper. According to distribution condition of RMC, a simulation model with measurements of total cost, penalty fee, delivering time, waiting time etc was proposed in this paper, which was based on RMC production and vehicles scheduling model under the condition of one plant and several construction sites. In simulation model, different priority rules of construction sites, mixers, trucks and pumps were designed respectively. Based on several cases in some RMC plant, firstly we divide cases according to demand quantity and geographical position of construction sites in cases, then input cases into simulation model and conduct simulation experiment with different conjoint rules in the software Flexsim, and we gained better conjoint rules which total cost and penalty fee are smallest among all the result under some type of cases. From experiment result, RMC production and vehicle scheduling decision rule under different type of cases can be effectively analyzed and chosen. Besides, by changing penalty fee rate and by changing vehicle fleet, we conducted two different sensitive analysis and we provide decision makers new idea of comparing cost under different parameter and resources allocation by employing simulation experiment, and from which result better parameter and resources allocation can be adjusted and chosen.This research can provide the RMC Company with a reasonable strategy to guide production and distribution, to improve the production efficiency and vehicle utilization, thereby increasing the efficiency of business operations.
