Path And Spatial Response Of Urbanization Of Small And Medium-sized Cities In Hebei Province Base The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

Under the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,analyzes the urbanization effect of coordinated development and puts forwords corresponding urbanization pathways and further explores the spatial response forms.First,sorts out the relevant research,summarize the experience home and abroad(Chapter 1-Chapter 3).Summarizes the relevant research and the practical experience of the urbanization of typical small and medium-sized cities in an integrated development of typical urban agglomerations both at home and abroad.Second,clarifies the local characteristic and builds an analytical framework(Chapter 4).Combing the history of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the overall characteristics of the urbanization of small and medium-sized cities in Hebei Province.Based on the comprehensive analysis of system theory and using the basic thinking logic of PSR model in ecology,constructs the theoretical framework of "external force-effect-response",including the three dimensions of ecology,industry and transportation,three indicators of scale,quality and spatial pattern,and the spatial scale of overall region,city and county.Thirdly,analyzes the impacts hierarchically and puts forward the path of urbanization(Chapter 5-Chapter 7).Based on the theoretical analysis framework,uses the methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,from the thress aspects of ecology,transportation and industry,the impacts that coordinated development has or will have on urbanization is analyzed,including Matrix-plaque effect,Core-corridor effect and Linkage-evolutionary effect.And then the three levels of nine types of urbanization path are put forward,such as the flexible urbanization of mountain ecological conservation area,Intensive urbanization of coastal ecological protection area,the gathering urbanization of plain cities,accelerant of transport depot on urbanization in transportation hub cities,integration urbanization of corridor cities,marginal link urbanization in hinterland cities,external industry puts urbanization under the Industry spillover of Beijing and Tianjin,urban industry extension of the near-industry city and industrial upgrading of the inner industry.Finally,refines the spatial response model and explores planning stratiegies(Chapter 8).Proposes several main modes of urbanization spatial response under the new urbanization,including the spatial structure change from urban system to space system,the change of urban growth mode from point type to axial-perinuclear type,the transition from independent type to multi-urban spatial relationship upgrading and other spatial response model.And puts forward transform of planning straties from the system planning to scientific planning,goal-oriented planning to process planning and pan-planning to fine planning and so on.
