| This article takes chronic patients as the research object, and starts from the perspective of daily behavior of patients to study the effects of different scale built environments on patient behavior and health.Specifically, the medical treatment behaviors and fitness behaviors related to the built environment in the health behaviors of chronically ill patients were selected as the research focus.Firstly, the patient’s daily behavior and related built-up environment and patient health effect results are deconstructed. The quantitative index is constructed by constructing the measurement index system, and the theoretical framework of the action mode of the environment affecting patients’ behavior and health effects is combed.Secondly,it analyzes the time and space characteristics of patients’ daily medical behaviors and fitness behaviors, explores the spatial and temporal distribution heterogeneity and imbalance, and the spatial connection with the surrounding built environment elements. On this basis, the amount of medical treatment and fitness behavior measurement indicators affecting the patient’s health level is sorted out,and the multi-dimensional influencing factors of the patient’s medical treatment behavior and fitness behavior are quantitatively analyzed by mathematical model to verify and optimize the health of the built environment affecting the patient’s health in the research design and the action mode. Finally, from the perspective of urban spatial planning and policy, this paper proposes the optimization of built-up environmental function and the guidance of residents’ health behaviors with the goal of building a healthy city, and provides theoretical and case support for the construction of healthy cities and healthy communities under the current urbanization development level. The research has formed the following results: 1)The research combs the relevant theoretical models of the relationship between existing healthy behaviors and built environment, and defines the related concepts of the built environment, residents’ behaviors and health effects in the research, and then proposes to build The environment influences the convenience of patients’ medical activities and the enthusiasm of fitness activities at the two levels of cities and neighborhoods, thus affecting the theoretical path of their health outcomes, and constructs a theoretical model of the environmental behaviors affecting the daily behavior and health effects of patients with chronic diseases.Specifically,on the one hand, combing the relationship between patient behavior and health, and then constructing the theoretical hypothesis of behavioral behavior model;on the other hand, combing the multi-dimensional influencing factors of patient behavior, and then exploring the possible relationship between influencing factors and patient behavior, and then constructing Multidimensional factors influence the theoretical assumptions of the role patterns of patient behavior.2)According to the proposed theoretical hypothesis, further comb the specific measurement methods of different factors involved in the research, including the measurement of urban built environmental factors, the daily behavior measurement of chronic disease groups, the measurement of residents’ health level and the measurement of individual socioeconomic attributes of patients. The measurement methods of each dimension element are discussed from three aspects:factor type subdivision, index system construction, and different dimensional element cohesion.3)On this basis,an empirical analysis was carried out with Gaojiao main city as a case study.Firstly, using spatial and temporal prisms, spatial clustering, geostatistical analysis and other spatial statistical methods to analyze the structural characteristics and temporal and spatial characteristics of patients’ daily medical behaviors and fitness behaviors, and to sort out the correlation between daily medical treatment behaviors and fitness behaviors at the time and space level. The content of correlation, heterogeneity and the elements of the built environment have laid the foundation for further analysis of the mechanism level.4)On the basis of feature analysis, further study on the specific mechanism of action of the built environment affecting the health of patients. On the one hand,at the urban scale, through the construction of mathematical statistics models, explore the impact of medical resources supply level and public transport facilities supply level on the choice of patients and the frequency of medical treatment, summarizing the multi-dimensional factors such as urban scale built environment and individual socio-economic background. The mode of action that affects the patient’s medical behavior and health effects;on the other hand,at the block scale, the patient’s fitness behavior and its health effects are studied.Specifically, through questionnaires, data such as the location, frequency, time and habits of daily physical exercise for patients with chronic diseases were obtained. The correlation between the measurement indicators and the health effects of daily fitness behaviors of patients was analyzed. Finally, the daily exercise of patients was measured by constructing mathematical statistics models. The influencing factors of behavior, explore the specific mechanism of action behind.5)Finally,based on the analysis of the daily behavior characteristics and health effects of patients, the specific factors affecting the health of patients are discussed from the perspective of built-in environmental factors. In addition, the relevant policy recommendations are proposed from two aspects.1)At the built environment level, the facility service evaluation and function optimization under the health guidance are promoted accordingly, and the healthy living space at the block level is strengthened.2)Strengthening the health of residents at the individual level of the residents Cultivate knowledge and cognition, and promote the guidance of residents’ healthy behaviors. |
