This paper focuses on the three core processes of the bottom tire of metal enamel,glaze and firing,discusses in detail the traditional innovation and change content in each technical link in detail,and summarizes the change law and technical principles in the shape,color and quality of metal enamel jewelry with systematic experiments.Firstly,Analyze the production process of enamel bottom tire from three angles:the increase of bottom metal material types,the innovation of forming method and the increase of surface texture:(1)from the material selection,The metal material used in the bottom tire was analyzed,From the traditional pure gold,pure silver,pure copper,steel expanded to different ratios of gold,silver,copper,And the technical process of other alloy materials;(2)From the modeling perspective,Analyzing the transformation from traditional manual forging to mechanical stamping and 3D printing molding produced by scientific and technological progress,And the metal wire forming and cold folding molding due to the diversification of tire shapes,And electric casting and stacking forming and other forming mode change;(3)In the muscle texture,The influence of traditional etching,chisel and forging technology on concave and convex treatment is analyzed;Change of muscle texture thickness by rolling,scraping,casting and electroplating technology.Secondly,from the perspective of color science and material science,the technical characteristics of enamel glaze technology are discussed.Specifically,the analysis,comparison and experimental research are carried out from three aspects of enamel glaze,enamel glaze color system construction and the improvement of traditional glaze application technology:(1)the texture and color of contemporary enamel glaze have been greatly expanded,which is significantly different compared with the traditional.The development and application of new glaze technology promote the diversification of traditional enamel types,providing the conditions for the emergence of new enamel technology;(2)individual enamel glaze will change in color,brightness,lightness and roughness under different temperature and time.On the basis of this cognition,the enamel glaze color spectrum data system can be established;(3)corresponding to different traditional enamel glaze application techniques,and analyze its transformation characteristics.It includes the liberation of wire structure in the enamel process;the refinement of different shapes of glaze in the transparent enamel process;the highlight of the rough pattern in the dry sieve enamel process;the innovation of drawing tools in the enamel process.Thirdly,according to the attribute elements of "melting atmosphere",the technical problems in the diversified fetal glaze firing process are discussed.To break the enamel production process and process boundaries in traditional metal,Through case study and application experiment,the transformation path and technical characteristics of contemporary enamel tire glaze firing process are presented:(1)frosting and orange peel produced in underburn,The shrinkage,cracking,pits and bubbles produced in over-burning,In the conventional wisdom of being a technical defect,It became a new contemporary firing language;(2)Decoration problems based on the multi-layer glaze structure,There are melting,spray glaze,rust painting and other new firing techniques;(3)The subversion of the traditional copper rust process before the glaze application to produce copper oxide texture,And with transparent enamel melting produce copper oxide glaze chromatography,Have become the innovation of contemporary copper tire enamel firing technology.To sum up,the development of metal enamel jewelry process is a continuous and gradual process.In this process,the technology is constantly updated,optimized and improved,and finally a unique process system is formed.The variability of metal base material,the freedom of form shape,the diversity of enamel glaze color and texture,the diversity of glaze application techniques and the experiment of firing process have all become the most main characteristics of the contemporary transformation of metal enamel jewelry process.
