Research On Differential Embedding Of Sports Social Work

Coal is China’s basic energy and important raw material.During the "14th five year plan" period,the role of the coal industry as a ballast for China’s safe and stable energy supply remains unchanged,and it will remain the dominant position in the energy system for a long time at present and in the future.Under the dual challenges of dangerous and harsh production environment and social transformation of "de productivity and structural adjustment",coal miners face many basic life problems and future development problems,which has become a focus of social attention.China’s local social work system has always paid attention to the special group of coal mine workers and provided services from many aspects.Among them,the social work service with the provision of sports services as the main practice form is called sports social work service,which can improve the health status and group relations of industrial workers and promote the healthy development of the industry by providing sports guidance and sports organization intervention.Based on the guidance of history,sociology,sports and other disciplines,based on the differential order pattern theory,embedding theory and field theory,this paper comprehensively investigates the development history of sports social work service in Yangquan coal mine industry,looks into the change law of sports supply and demand of miners,and explains the development and change of sports social work service in the face of industrial modernization through the differential order embedding theory model.Provide reference for the subsequent sports social work services and sports services of similar special industrial groups.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Sports social work service system covers three dimensions: discovering the sports needs of service objects,effective sports service methods and means,and maintaining the change of sports service objects.(2)In the different historical development stages of sports social work service in Yangquan coal mine,the demand of miners for sports social work service shows a strong background of the times.The construction of sports social work service embedding has also been continuously adjusted with the growth of miners’ diversified needs,reflecting the relationship interaction between the government,society and family neighbors,and manifested in four evolutionary characteristics: from "forced embedding" to "active demand",from "strong cohesion" to "strong relationship",from "government arranged" to "local support",and from "industrial integration" to "diversified integration".(3)The theoretical logic embedded in sports social work service is the reasonable unity of people’s physical and mental health needs and people’s interests above all national attributes under Marx’s concept of people’s health;The historical logic embedded in sports social work service is that the Communist Party of China has taken the people’s position as the most fundamental political position since its establishment."People-oriented" is the original intention and mission of all stages of development in China;The practical logic embedded in sports social work service is embodied in the "home country" interaction of the state serving the people and the people’s "sports serving the country".(4)Sports social workers are embedded in specific space-time and social relations and are affected by social,political,economic and cultural factors.Under the influence of political factors,restricted by the content and form of sports social work services and the media,the dissemination rate of sports social work services is relatively slow;Although the embedded power of sports social work service dominated by economic interests is not as strong as political power,it spreads quickly and covers a wide range;Although the embedding power of sports social work services dominated by cultural identity is not strong enough,the content of sports social work services is more diversified,which speeds up the dissemination rate of sports social work services to a certain extent.(5)In the process of industrial modernization,sports social work service shows some problems,such as excessive politicization of sports social work service embedding,unsustainable sports social work service embedding,cultural lag of sports social work service embedding and so on.Sports social work service and politics,economy and culture are not isolated from each other,but interrelated and interactive.The embedding process of sports social work service is also a process of interaction with social relations and social structure.Generally speaking,it shows a spiral trend of change.(6)In the social field,politics,economy and culture are not only the driving force of sports social work services,but also the resistance of sports social work services.Sports social work services are embedded in the social space under the influence of different driving forces,but also subject to different resistance and follow the logic of returning to the true meaning.The continuous sawing of these two forces constitutes the dual movement of the operation of sports social work service in coal mine.When the strong leading role of one factor fades,other factors play a leading role.The whole structure is developing vertically while fluctuating horizontally,and the holder is always in a dynamic state of change.Sports social work service continues to improve in the dynamic process of "embedding,disengaging and re embedding".(7)The poor order embedding of sports social work service is an idea to solve the problems related to sports service in various large industries in modern society.The difference order is embedded in the spatial dimension,which requires sports social work services to be carried out under different driving forces and circles;In terms of time dimension,sports social work service is required to be generated from explicit to implicit embedded structure.The poor order embedding of sports social work service presents externalization-the organizational embedding of external framework;Objectification-normative system embedding;Internalization-personality embedding and other three embedding structures from explicit to implicit.According to the current situation of the industry,the corresponding embedded scheme of sports social work service can be designed.(8)In the differential embedding of sports social work services,when the dominant factors of the sub field have enough promotion,sports social work services are embedded;When the dominant factors of the sub field are insufficient or restrictive,the sports social work service will be decoupled.The differential embedding of sports social work services also reveals that whether the embedding is deepened or de embedded,sports social work services are transmitted from the center to the outside.The speed of transmission depends on the social influence of the dominant factors in the field and the form of the media.Different influencing factors play an important role in different times,and the progress of the media has played a positive role.(9)Sports social work service is to comprehensively investigate the logical characteristics and relationship model of "de-embedding" and "embedding" in coal mine field through the double regulating variables of "public welfare" and "professionalization".The differential order embedding model interprets the basic ideas and self-reconstruction logic of the problems encountered in the embedding of sports social work services,solves the out-of-order problems caused by the accident of industrial modernization,and thus realizes the dynamic balance from "disembedding" to "embedding".
