| The variable hyperbolic circular-arc-tooth-trace(VH-CATT)cylindrical gear is a new type of gear.Due to the lack of corresponding special machine tool and developed processing system,it is difficult to realize large-scale popularization and industrial application in a short term.The application of special machine tool can effectively reduce the redundancy of machine tool,greatly reduce the processing cost,and improve the processing accuracy and efficiency.At present,there is no special machine tool for VH-CATT cylindrical gear,so the development of special machine tool has become the bottleneck of the industrial application of this new gear.Modular design method is an effective way to realize rapid product design,which can effectively solve the complexity of product development process,shorten product design and manufacturing cycle,improve product quality and reduce product research and development cost.Therefore,research on the modular design of special machine tool for VH-CATT cylindrical gear is carried out.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)Based on the machining principle of VH-CATT cylindrical gear,the functional requirements of the special machine tool are analyzed.Taking the design concept as the main line and the function principle behavior structure design process model as the mapping and correlation analysis principle,the machine tool parts and their comprehensive correlation matrix are obtained.On this basis,the combination of gap statistics and self-organizing neural network mapping is used to cluster machine tool parts,and a variety of module division schemes are obtained.The multiple module division schemes are optimized based on the approximate ideal solution ranking method.2)Based on the module division of the special machine tool for VH-CATT cylindrical gear,in order to facilitate the management and computer-aided retrieval and configuration of the module,the model and design criteria of the module interface are established,the rules and structure of the module and the module interface coding are designed,the complete description of the module parameters is realized,and the design of the module coding library is completed.3)Based on the module coding of the special machine tool for VH-CATT cylindrical gear,the configuration sequence of the machine tool module is determined based on the depth-first search algorithm.According to the parameter importance and knowledge dependence of rough set theory,the influence degree of the index hidden in the data on the decision-making results is mined,and the algorithm of calculating the objective weight of the index according to the parameter importance and knowledge dependence is given,and then the comprehensive weight of the index is obtained by combining the analytic hierarchy process.On the premise of index comprehensive weight and module attribute classification,a module retrieval strategy is formulated based on fuzzy similarity priority ratio algorithm.According to the module retrieval strategy and configuration sequence,the instantiation of the module is traversed,and a variety of machine tool module configuration schemes are obtained.4)The module configuration design scheme has multiple solutions.The uncertainty and fuzziness of the evaluation index are analyzed,and the fuzzy language value of the evaluation index is transformed into triangular fuzzy number.At the same time,the improved set pair analysis theory and entropy weight method are used to determine the index weight to increase the objectivity of the evaluation.The evaluation decision matrix is constructed to obtain the identical,different and opposite correlation degree between the module configuration scheme and the optimal scheme.A comprehensive evaluation decision-making model is established by introducing the scheme closeness,and the most optimal design scheme of machine tool module configuration is solved.5)In order to shorten the modular design time of machine tool,improve the configuration efficiency and reduce the cost,a computer-aided modular design system is developed based on the theoretical basis of module division,module and interface coding,module retrieval,module configuration and configuration evaluation of special machine tool for VH-CATT cylindrical gear.The application of key technologies in modular design research in the system is discussed.6)The cutter head module,tooth blank clamping and indexing module of the special machine tool for VH-CATT cylindrical gear were designed and developed.On the basis of the construction and overall configuration of the machine tool module,the first modular prototype was designed and manufactured. |
