The construction of high-speed railway projects is a complex and systematic project with the characteristics of a long-time span,a wide range of professions,a large scale of investment,and many risk factors.Construction organization management can be very difficult due to the complicated construction process and variability of methods,especially for specific geographical and geological conditions.Construction process simulation is very helpful for determining the best construction scheme by visualizing the construction process,presenting complex and dynamic spatiotemporal relationships among construction links,providing intuitive expressions and analyses of construction schemes,and effectively assessing the safety of the construction process.A good simulation can be the key to improving construction efficiency and construction quality.This paper presents a dynamic construction simulation method based on the integration of BIM and3 D GIS that can not only reflect the construction process of high-speed railways but also depict the complex spatio-temporal relationships between construction elements and the surrounding environment.First,according to the characteristics of each specialty and simulation requirements,a model-driven parametric fine modeling method for component-level high-speed railway engineering is proposed: adopt different modeling methods such as parameterization,primitive model library,and BIM to realize the rapid generation of railway engineering entity models.Secondly,from the aspects of geometry,semantics,attributes,coding,etc.,a multi-level semantic mapping BIM model and GIS model data exchange and sharing method are proposed to realize the data sharing and deep integration of BIM and 3D GIS.Then,a dynamic simulation method of construction in a virtual geographic environment is proposed to realize the simulation of the construction process and construction method driven by the model joints,and the simulation of the construction schedule driven by the data.Finally,a dynamic simulation prototype system for high-speed railway construction is developed to verify the method in this paper.The specific research content is as follows:(1)A model-driven parametric fine modeling method for component-level high-speed railway engineering.Analyze the characteristics of various railway disciplines,combine with the application requirements of construction management,a multi-level-of-detail primitive model library of working point model parameters and primitive models is established;Study the parameter-driven automatic modeling method of road,bridge and tunnel rule models,the model-driven assembly modeling method of complex four-electric equipment,and the BIM refined modeling method of positioning skeleton and characteristic parameter constraints,the automatic and rapid reconstruction of the component-level 3D model of complex high-speed railway engineering is realized.(2)The method of multi-level semantic mapping BIM model and GIS model data sharing and function fusion and sharing.In response to the problem that there is no BIM modeling standard in current high-speed railway project,this paper studies BIM model classification and coding standards,BIM model storage standards,BIM model delivery standards;Research on the automatic conversion method between BIM model and GIS model with multi-level semantic constraints,realize the lossless conversion of the BIM model to the multi-level detailed geometric model;Research and establish a multi-level semantic mapping method for high-speed railway engineering information sharing,realize the engineering information sharing application based on the integration of BIM and GIS.(3)Dynamic simulation method of virtual railway environment construction.Study and establish the construction method deduction method of construction machinery joints,establish the linkage between the model components and the construction machinery joints,construct the construction machinery joint linkage model and the parameterized expression of the construction method,and realize the construction process simulation of the dynamic operating status of construction machinery;Study the construction method of high-speed railway virtual scene,and present the whole construction process in the virtual geographic environment in a three-dimensional simulation way.(4)Self-developed a 3D dynamic construction simulation prototype system for high-speed railways.Based on unified classification and coding standards,spatial coordinate benchmarks,modeling standards,and data storage standards,we have studied the three-dimensional spatial information platform architecture and realized the integrated management of multi-source heterogeneous data by standardizing and processing spatial-temporal data.Using the BIM model to effectively organize and manage the resources,activities and products involved,we have realized the fusion query and analysis of information such as the quality,safety,progress,cost and other information of the construction site based on the BIM model.At the same time,we take advantage of the integrated management of multi-source heterogeneous data by the GIS platform to meet the simulation requirments of different managers at different scales,granularities and stages from micro to macro.Relying on Jingxiong,Yantong and other projects verifies the effectiveness of the dynamic construction simulation method based on the integration of BIM and 3D GIS.This method can provide a scientific basis for the optimization of complex engineering construction schemes,safety hazard assessments,and related full life cycle tasks.
