This research study examines the mediating role of organizational innovation and organizational learning between authentic leadership,which is linked to projects of CPEC in Pakistan.CPEC(China Pakistan economic corridor)is a combined government of China and Pakistan's government that constitutes several projects,including infrastructure,power,and social development.The study's ground is to positively associate authentic leadership to the variables of organizational innovation and organizational learning.Furthermore,it intends to examine how organizational innovation and organizational learning affect authentic leadership in project success.The study is done by testing the hypothesis by utilizing the approach of deduction.The tool of data collection utilized is a survey.The methods of data collection involved quantitative and qualitative techniques as primary approaches of investigation.The research is explanatory,exploratory,and adopting a cross-sectional time horizon.It is grounded on typical quantitative research,framing,analysis and the past articles and editorials regarding the CPEC project.The study population involves multinational and national companies/organizations working directly or indirectly for CPEC projects.The company's managers/leaders and project leaders are a sampling unit for this research.The technique used for sampling is the purposive sampling technique.The tool of research involved is pre-developed.Two hundred ninety-five questionnaires were used to gather data from top-level,middle–level management from private or government sector companies working individually or collaboratively on CPEC projects.The researcher has used Likert type five-point scale.This scale gives them a choice to select from option 1(strongly disagree)to option 5(strongly agree).The extent of agreement of the respondents is asked in these types of options.The questionnaire items were initially compiled in English and then converted to the language of the respondents.About 59 projects of CPEC were selected,and five questionnaires were to be filled by representative authorities of each project.CPEC authorities filled 20 questionnaires.Out of 295 questionnaires,35 were rejected for being incomplete,and 260 were further analyzed for research purposes.SPSS and AMOS-21 statistical packages were used for analysis or correlation among variables.Conclusively the researcher has come across a significant amount of evidence suggesting an effective influence of authentic leadership on organizational learning and innovation that are our main variables.Innovation is a child of creativity and learning.It is an essential factor for organizational success.An authentic leadership craves the direction and supports innovation and change cohesion processes by utilizing varied management strategies to ease innovation.Organizational learning is defined as actions within the organization that deliberately and involuntarily power a positive change in an organization.In Pakistan,this work is an innovator and subsidizes to prevailing literature worldwide.
