In today's era,the independent innovation capability of enterprises has gradually become a focus of attention of enterprise leaders,and in-depth research on independent innovation of enterprises is also profound and extremely important.As the leader of the entire enterprise,leaders play a key role.Through personal characteristics and specific leadership behaviors,leaders guide employees to develop a positive sense of organizational identity and trust,and motivate them to strive to contribute to the organization.Studies have confirmed that employees' positive motivation can promote his innovation ability.On this basis,this article mainly studies the relationship between the authentic leadership and the innovation management behavior of enterprise employees,and the interaction of the management mechanism between them.For our research,a model of the interaction between the three variables of authentic leadership,employee organizational trust and employee innovation behavior is established.The research hypothesis is based on the social exchange theory,social learning framework theory,social identification theory and positive organizational behavior theory.The moderating role of organizational learning and its three-dimensionality in the impact of employee organizational trust and employee innovation behaviors was discussed.In this study,employees who have been employed for at least six months were selected as the survey object.The questionnaire was recovered through an online questionnaire survey,and SPSS software was used for data processing.Finally,a total of 250 data were collected,of which 23 were due to the short filling time.Incomplete issues were eliminated,and a total of 227 valid questionnaires were recovered.The hypothesis proposed in this paper is verified by statistical methods such as variance,correlation and regression analysis.The results show that true leadership and its four leadership dimensions all play a positive role in promoting the development of employees' professional innovation behavior;true leadership promotes employee innovation behavior to a certain extent through employee organizational trust;organizational learning can positively regulate the effect of employee organizational trust on employee innovation.Based on the research,this study proposes the following suggestions from three aspects: enhancing employee organizational trust,conducting authenticity system training,and strengthening organizational learning behavior: "improving employee job recognition";"emphasizing employee psychological gain";"Emphasize the feedback of employees";"Clear the connotation of true leadership behavior";"Communicate with excellent role models";"Strengthen the internal learning commitment of the organization";"Emphasis on sharing the corporate vision";"Enhance employees' mental level" to help employees Gain more innovation potential,and ultimately enhance the innovation capability of the entire enterprise.
