| With the rapid expansion of the scale of the home-say industry,more and more operators have poured into the industry,which has brought about the problem of disorderly operation while helping the development of the home-stay industry.Due to the lack of professional management knowledge of many property operators,only by experience,easy to fall into the centralism of operators,lack of concern for tourists,especially the needs of tourists,resulting in a deficit between the supply and demand of property management,resulting in poor experience of tourists.Unlike traditional accommodation,it is also an important medium for tourists to participate in local activities,in addition to providing basic accommodation services.Tourists choose home-stays because they know the place,perceive the local culture,and satisfy the local plot.Through a number of list of home-stay tourism experience activities,tourists in the process of understanding the elements of home-stay,accommodation environment,home-stay culture and other elements gradually symbolized the local and generated the plot of the ground,in the process of interaction with the host operators to obtain a common state of harmony to form a recognition of local culture or even rely on,thus forming a good reputation for home-stay or re-travel will.This requires the property operators to change their business ideas,form the tourist center idea,pay attention to the tourists in the experience of the local sense of the formation of the mechanism.What types of typical home-stay semiotic are the focus of this paper? How do all kinds of home-stay semiotic with local characteristics affect the tourists’ feelings of property experience? How does the transmission of emotions of different home-stay experience affect the formation of tourists’ local sense? Through the study of the experience and local sense of home-stay in domestic and foreign literature,we carry out systematic research on the experience of the semiotic of home-stays and the local feelings of tourists,refine the dimensions of the semiotic of home-stays,the dimensions of the experience of home-stays and the dimensions of the local sense of home-stays,explore the influence of the tourists’ experience emotions on the sense of places from the cognitive perspective of the home-stays experience,and establish the "feelings of the semiotic of home-stays(interpretation,cognition and feeling)-the results of the experience of home-stay research path.Because the subject of this paper is relatively novel,lack of direct research results,in order to conclude the scientific nature,this paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to jointly analyze the impact of tourism semiotic experience on the sense of place.In quantitative analysis,the theoretical model of normative empirical design is used and the problem hypothesis of the study is put forward,through pre-research during the tourist’s stay,the quantitative scale is analyzed for exploratory and verifiable factors,and the influence factors and the effect of the tourist’s local sense and the emotional experience are empirically tested by the structural equation model.In qualitative analysis,through the extraction of tourists’ network messages to understand the formation of local sense after the experience and the specific impact of semiotic.Quantitative and qualitative results are corroborative and contrasted with each other,and the following findings are drawn:1.The property semiotic drives the visitor to a sense of place by experiencing the key link of emotion.The results of intermediary effect analysis show that the influence of experience emotion on tourists’ local sense plays an incomplete intermediary effect,which shows that the semiotic of home-stay also has an influence on tourists’ local sense,but the influence is small,and the direct effect is generated by experiencing emotion as an intermediary variable.The driving path of the property semiotic experience to the tourist’s sense of place is as follows: the tourists in the property tourism through the sense of smell,touch,taste,hearing and visual perception,recognition and interpretation of the accommodation operators set up various types of accommodation semiotic to produce the judgment and emotion of the house,in the process to establish an emotional connection with the house,to the accommodation to produce happy,recognized,admired,beautiful and even attachment to the feelings.2.Cultural semiotic experience has three significant function dimensions to experience emotion.The media semiotic and natural semiotic of home-stay have no significant influence on the three dimensions of the experience emotion of the house,namely,the experience of being experienced,immersive and peaking,while the cultural semiotic of the house has a significant influence on the three dimensions of the experience emotion of the house and the semiotic of the property has a significant influence on the experience of the experience of the house and the immersive experience,but it has no significant influence on the experience of the peak.In general,visitors to the property semiotic experience mainly through the property cultural semiotic and the path of the property service semiotic to affect the overall experience mood of the property.3.There were significant differences in the effects of different experience emotions on local feelings.The pleasant experience emotion of tourists has the function of promoting and strengthening the local feeling,while the painful experience emotion of tourists can not produce the sense of place or even weaken the sense of place that was produced before.The emotion and local sense of tourist experience are the expression of the psychological state and emotion of the tourist’s feeling of local tourist attraction,which have the interaction relationship to a certain extent,but the two have one after another in the stage of occurrence.The empirical results of this paper show that the three dimensions of the emotion of the home-stay experience,namely,the experience of body,immersion and peak experience,have a significant influence on the three dimensions of the tourist’s local sense,namely,local identity,local attachment and local feeling.4.The characteristics of tourists and the degree of experience involvement have a significant adjustment effect on the formation of tourists’ sense of place.Gender differences have a regulatory effect on natural semiotic experience,local dependence and local sense,age difference has significant effects on natural semiotic experience,local dependence and local identity,and differences in tourists’ educational level have a significant impact on cultural semiotic experience and peak experience.In other words,gender and age have a significant impact on the natural semiotic and local sense of home-stay and its composition dimensions.This conclusion is consistent with the results of the study on the higher frequency of visitors’ messages on the natural environment elements of home-stays in the analysis of network text.In the degree of involvement of home-stays,the variables with the tourists’ independent decision-making have no adjustment effect on the tourists’ local sense,while the variables related to the residents’ experience have the adjustment effect on the local sense.Innovations in this study include:First,the transformation of research perspective: tourist demand-led main perspective.The existing study of home-stays adopts the operator’s perspective,and this paper mainly explores the operation and management of the home-stay from the tourist’s object perspective.From the tourist’s interpretation of the semiotic of home-stay,the experience emotion formed by the whole experience of home-stay,the influence factors of local sense are excavated.Under the external stimulation factors of destination attraction,the change of tourists’ psychological emotion is explored,and the semiotic that affect tourists’ local sense are extracted in the interaction between static objects and dynamic emotions.From this perspective,this paper explains the inner function logic of the semiotic experience and local sense of the house,and constructs the semiotic system of the house on this basis.This study analyzes the influence of the resident experience emotion as the medium on the local sense in the process of semiotic recognition and construction of the house,as well as the logical connection and transformation mechanism between the semiotic experience and the local sense.Second,the new Viewpoint: the formation of local sense of home-stay has a regular.The formation of a sense of place is phased.In the past,the study of local sense stayed in the conclusive research,and this paper puts forward the view of stage research,that is,to break down the performance of local sense and related factors at various stages based on the process of experience.Based on the theory of expectation,this paper finds that the property experience has advanced to the decision-making stage,not the time of check-in.Based on this,the study of local sense should also be ahead of the time;Third,the method innovation: the home experience process and the end of the experience of mutual proof.In the past,many studies have focused on the analysis of the process of experience,but the accumulation of emotion to the outbreak has a phased process,which is by no means covered by the conclusions of the process.In order to better restore the results of the tourist’s local sense,this paper,in addition to the process of research,but also after the experience of the tourists on the accommodation network message analysis,extraction of the impact of the larger property semiotic,and the process of research results mutually confirmed and formed a supplement,to ensure the reliability of the conclusion.The main research contributions are as follows:On the theoretical contribution,under the guidance of semiotic theory,tourism experience theory and local sense theory,this study:(1)expands and deepens the perspective and content of the study of house experience;In this paper,it is found that the media semiotic of home-stay has no significant influence on the experience of home-stay,and the semiotic of the service of home-stay has no significant influence on the peak experience,so the theoretical model is revised to form a more scientific theoretical model,in order to provide reference for the future experience of the semiotic of home-stay to promote the research of local sense.At the practical level,this paper holds that the property operators should change their cognition,highlight cultural semiotic in the operation of the home-stay,strengthen the supply of cultural semiotic related to the local sense and its perceptual experience process,design personalized cultural semiotic experience activities with tourist orientation,and enhance the participation and peak experience of tourists. |
