In today's world,collaborative innovation has become a prominent feature of national scientific and technological innovation activities.Industrial technology innovation strategic alliance has become the main force to promote regional innovation network,how to further enhance the performance of the Union to play its role in the national economic restructuring and industrial upgrading to promote the integration of technology to promote innovation and accelerate the industrialization of innovation and enhance the core industry Competitiveness,and enhance enterprises,universities,research institutions,innovative kinetic energy,is the focus of current theoretical research tasks.In this paper,we use the methods of network analysis,simulation analysis,econometric analysis,rough set theory and so on from the four aspects of subject heterogeneity,subject joining behavior,subject investment behavior and subject innovation behavior.The main body of the industrial technology innovation
