The regional urban system is an important support and spatial expression of regional economic development.The study of regional urban system is one of the important areas and hotspots of regional economic development research.Towns are the core of regional economic development.Cities and towns are the material carriers for the accumulation and development of various economic factors such as regional population,industry,science and technology,and funds,and they are the space carriers for regional social and economic activities.Regional economic development is mainly achieved through the economic development of cities and towns in the regional urban system.Therefore,the development and change of a town will necessarily affect other cities in the urban system,leading to the entire regional urban system.Development and changes,which in turn affect the development of regional economies.The evolution of the regional urban system is an important content and spatial manifestation of the regional economic development pattern.Therefore,the study of the evolution of the regional urban system will help us to grasp the changing pattern of the regional economic development pattern as a whole.Adjustment lays the foundation to promote regional economic growth.The evolution of regional urban systems is affected by a combination of factors such as population migration,national economic development policies,and regional transportation systems.Rapid transportation is a new type of transportation system that is different from traditional transportation in the transportation system.It has become the main communication channel between regional cities and towns.Due to the impact of rapid transportation changes on the traditional modes of transportation,the mode of communication between cities and towns in the urban system and the intensity of the effects,promote the change in the size of the urban population,industrial Structure Adjustment,the change in the spatial form of cities and towns,and the changes in the direction of urban connections.Therefore,a "function" relationship between rapid transportation and the evolution of the urban system is formed by rapid transportation to promote the evolution of regional urban systems.The development of rapid transportation can regulate and optimize the evolution direction and trend of regional urban systems,and optimize the structure of regional economic development.To promote regional economic development.With the acceleration of the new urbanization and regional economic integration in China,the impact of rapid transportation on the evolution of the regional urban system has become prominent.The hierarchical structure,functional structure,and spatial structure of the regional urban system have continuously evolved,reflecting the changing trend of the economic structure of the region.Since the 21 st century,the process of urbanization in the Northeast has slowed down,economic growth has been sluggish,and transformation has been difficult,and the economic development has been declining.In 2003,China began to implement the strategy of revitalizing Northeast China.However,the predicament of economic development in Northeast China has not changed.The fundamental contradiction of economic development still exists.At this stage,the development of Northeast China is still slow.The development of the urban system is the main content of the economic structure development in the Northeast.In recent years,our country’s transportation system has developed rapidly,and in particular,rapid transportation methods such as expressways,high-speed railways,and air transportation are advancing at an unprecedented speed.Rapid transportation provides a new thinking solution and practice path for the urban system of Northeast China to evolve into urban groups.This article takes the urban system of Jilin Province as the research object,studies the evolution law of the urban system from the perspective of rapid transit,and builds an analysis framework of the evolution mechanism,evolution regulation,and evolution effect of the urban system under the context of rapid transit.The system’s hierarchical structure,functional structure,and spatial structure affect the characteristics and effects.It proposes a path and some advices for the regulation and optimization of the regional urban system.It aims to enrich the research theories and practices of regional rapid transportation to guide the coordinated and optimized development of the urban system,and adds new perspectives and ideas for the development direction of the regional urban system,provides references for the economic revitalization of Jilin’s old industrial bases,and also provides reference for the regulation and optimization of other regional urban systems in China.The main research content of this paper is divided into theoretical and empirical parts,and the specific arrangements are as follows:The first part is a theoretical part.The research content includes the definition and analysis of the concepts and connotations of rapid transportation and urban system,the theoretical overview of the rapid transportation and urban system evolution,domestic and foreign research progress,and the urban system under the influence of rapid transportation.Research on the Construction of Evolutionary Theory Framework.This part covers chapter 1 to the chapter 3.Among them,the first chapter studies the background,topic selection basis,and research significance of the impact of rapid transportation on the evolution of the urban system,and then studies the research content,research method and framework,and key issues to be solved.Instructions.The second chapter analyzes the basic theories of rapid transit and urban system,and analyzes the relevant basic theories of rapid transit impact on the evolution of the urban system.The third chapter discusses the influencing factors of rapid transportation development and urban system evolution.Based on this,it builds the evolution mechanism,evolution regulation and evolution effect of rapid transportation influencing the urban system.It is the theoretical preparations for the evolution of the provincial urban system.The second part is the empirical part.The research contents include the analysis of the rapid transit development of Jilin Province and the development process of the urban system,the analysis of the evolution of the urban system under the influence of rapid transportation,and the accessibility analysis,and the impact of rapid transportation on the hierarchical structure,functional structure,and space of the urban system,and empirical analysis of structural evolution,and research on the main problems and development patterns of rapid transportation development affecting the urban system evolution in Jilin Province,and analysis of the main control paths and optimization guidances for rapid transportation regulation and guidance of the urban system evolution.This part covers Chapters 4 to 8.Among them,Chapter 4 analyzes the rapid development of Jilin Province and the evolution of the urban system.It analyzes the four stages and changes of the rapid development of Jilin Province that affect the urban system.The fifth chapter is the core empirical content of this article.It calculates the time-series changes of the hierarchical structure of the urban system in Jilin Province by using the first-rate ratio of cities and towns,and the order-scale rule.It compares the time-series changes of the rapid transit passenger turnover and discusses the rapid development of the urban system hierarchy to calculate the change in the strength of the urban system function through location entropy and the Nelson City Function Index,and then use the gray correlation analysis method to calculate the correlation between rapid transportation and the evolution of urban functions,and analyze the changes and effects of rapid transportation development on the functional structure of the urban system.The improved urban space gravity model was used to calculate the spatial effect intensity of rapid transportation on the urban system,and the evolution characteristics and impact effects were analyzed.Chapter 6 studies the changes in the urban system of Jilin Province under the influence of rapid transportation.It mainly summarizes the main problems existing in the development of Jilin Province’s urban system,the background and goals of rapid transportation and urban system development,and the urban system under rapid transportation.The overall pattern is analyzed,and the main path of rapid transit regulation in the urban system of Jilin Province is proposed according to the changing trend.Chapter 7 is the countermeasures and suggestions part of this article.Based on the previous research results and typical cases enlightenment analysis,it is put forward from four aspects: the speed-up development policy of rapid transportation,the urban space response policy of rapid transportation,the innovation policy of urban space organization,and the regional coordination policy of rapid transportation and urban space for guiding advices of optimizing the urban system in Jilin Province under the influence of rapid transit.The eighth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this article.By sorting out and summarizing the full text,the main conclusions,possible innovations of this article are put forward,and the shortcomings of this article and future research directions are pointed out.This article also proposes the following core ideas:First,rapid transportation through the core mechanism of the spatial interaction strength of the economy,and then guide the urban economic factors to agglomerate and spread.Second,the change in the hierarchical structure of the urban system is closely related to the attraction of cities to population,industry and other economic factors,and this attraction is directly related to the spatial distribution of the rapid transit passenger turnover;the core of the functional structure of the urban system is the urban system The specialized division of labor between different cities in China is directly related to the decline in transportation costs caused by the development of rapid regional transportation.The changes in the spatial structure of urban systems and the layout of urban rapid transportation The strength of the spatial interaction is directly related.Third,the regional rapid transit regulation and optimization of the regional urban system,promote the formation of urban clusters and urban axes with the regional center cities as growth poles and connected cities,and guide regional economic development.This article conducts research on the evolution of urban systems in areas affected by rapid transit.It may be innovative in terms of research perspectives,content,and system,as follows:Firstly,in the research perspective,this article explores and builds a theoretical framework for the mechanism,regulation and effects of rapid transportation on the evolution of urban systems from the perspective of rapid transportation,guided by related theories such as transportation theory and urban system evolution theory.Theoretically,it reveals the evolution of rapid transportation affecting the urban system.Secondly,in terms of research content,the dissertation studies the distribution pattern of the spatial and temporal accessibility of the urban and cities in Jilin Province before and after the rapid transportation layout,and the evolution of the urban system structure affected by rapid transportation.First of all,rapid transportation drives the change in the spatial and temporal accessibility of the urban system in Jilin Province,and promotes the corresponding changes in the regional urban system structure.Secondly,through the conversion of passenger and freight turnover,weighted assignment of expressways and high-speed railways,a time series of rapid traffic passenger turnover in various cities in Jilin Province was constructed,and the use of fast traffic passenger turnover as an evaluation index for fast traffic was proposed.Finally,taking the rapid passenger turnover as an indicator,the effects of rapid transportation on the hierarchical structure,functional structure,and spatial structure of the urban system in Jilin Province were studied separately,and their mechanism and effect were studied.Thirdly,on the research system,the thesis first systematically sorts out and elaborates the influential factors,based on evolution mechanism,evolution process and evolution effect of rapid transportation on the urban system evolution,constructs a theoretical framework of rapid transportation on urban system evolution,and uses rapid The influence of transportation on the urban system of Jilin Province is taken as an example.The changes in the hierarchical structure,functional structure,and spatial structure of the urban system since the rapid traffic layout in Jilin Province are studied.According to the background and goals of the urban system and rapid transit development in Jilin Province,and existing problems,it puts forward some suggestions to optimize the layout of the urban system guided by rapid transit.
