| With the development of modernization productivity, cities are agglomerated in certain areas, and gradually combined into regional urban systems. The unique regional spatial structure is affected by economy, politics, cultures, geographical environment, etc. All the factors interact and restrict with each other mutually. Studies on regional spatial structures not only has more important guiding significance on cities developments and industrial agglomeration according to the given theory, but also promotes economic spaces development as well as lifts the international competitiveness of cites group area.Henan Province stands the leading place of the middle rising strategy, which has a crucial position in the middle area, having obviously comparative advantages. Its developing speed is the key factor in promoting the middle area, even the whole country. At present, the cities group regional spatial structures of Henan Province still have many problems needing to be researched. How to confirm city hierarchical structure will be the first task. Controlling quantity of cities and populations reasonably will be concerned the transform of cities economic and society structures. Therefore, this thesis takes different methods on studying city hierarchical structure of Henan Province, analyzing the reasons of different results and combing with changes of urban land use scale which puts forward the optimization and adjustment countermeasure on city hierarchical structure of Henan Province. This thesis mainly includes the following parts:Part I Introduction, which aims at the current problems of the Henan urban agglomeration and the demands of its development. This part puts forward the necessity of optimizing the city hierarchical structure of Henan Province.Part II Urban agglomeration and city hierarchical structure. Through carrying on systematized analysis to the theory and the method of the urban agglomeration as well as city hierarchical structure which were advanced by many scholars, this part explores the relations between correlated theories to start the study easily.Part III Main contents and methods. This part defines the research space, putting forward main contents and methods of the research based on itself conditions.Part IV Analysis of Henan city hierarchical structure. Conclusions of different methods are to be contrasted and then analyzes its reasons of the differences.Part V Adjustment countermeasure on city hierarchical structure of Henan Province. This part gives various optimization and adjustment countermeasure based on different grade cities and also analyze the rationality of its land use scale.Part VI Conclusion. This part generalizes the reviews and also the shortages of this research. |
