| Since Schumpeter put forward the concept of innovation,the research literature on innovation is increasing,and the terminology involved is gradually increasing.such as innovation network,innovation cluster,collaborative innovation,open innovation and so on.These terms also show the evolution of academic research focused on the fields of innovation.But on the other hand,these studies are inseparable from innovation.In essence,innovation is still a chain process from basic research to commercialization,that is,innovation chain.However,there is not enough research on this aspect in the academic circles at home and abroad.The recent literature shows that the research on innovation chain is gradually increasing.In practice,with the rapid development of information technology,the global economy is entering the era of Innovation 2.0.Innovation has also become a decisive factor in economic development and a power source for enterprises to maintain competitive advantage and enhance competitiveness.With the gradual deepening of globalization,enterprises are facing a complicated market environment,diversified and personalized market demand,and fierce market competition.This puts forward higher requirements for innovation,which makes innovation more and more complex.Based on this background,the independent innovation of a single enterprise can not meet the needs of the market,and cooperative innovation has become an important choice of enterprise innovation.The cooperative innovation here is not simply the cooperation of a certain R & D project,but the cooperation from the beginning of basic research to the whole process of commercialization,that is,the innovation chain.From the perspective of the development of China’s petrochemical industry,it is currently in the critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading.To break through the innovation chain,improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,and improve innovation performance has become a key problem to be solved in the petrochemical industry.And we must have a clear understanding of the composition,formation mechanism and corresponding influencing factors of the innovation chain.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the formation mechanism of industrial innovation chain from the perspective of evolutionary game.Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper selects China’s petrochemical industry as a sample,and studies the formation mechanism of innovation chain in petrochemical industry,so as to improve the innovation chain of the petrochemical industry and the performance of the innovation chain.Therefore,based on the current situation of petrochemical industry and related literature,this paper determines the topic of industrial innovation chain formation mechanism,and then,this paper mainly studies the following contents:First,research on the structure and formation of innovation chain in petrochemical industry.Based on the concepts of innovation chain,industrial chain,industrial innovation,form a general structural framework for the innovation chain of the petrochemical industry,and clarify that there are three types of innovation chains in the petrochemical industry: government-industry-research-funding and horizontal and vertical cooperation innovation chains,and make the preliminary analysis of the general logic,motive force and mechanism of the industrial innovation chain.Second,the formation mechanism of the innovation chain for government-industry-research-funding.According to the characteristics of large-scale enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises,the game model of innovation chain under the leadership of the government and with multi-agent cooperation under the support of the government are formed by using the evolutionary game method,and the formation mechanism of innovation chain and the corresponding influencing factors are analyzed.Third,formation mechanism of cooperative innovation in the horizontal innovation chain of enterprises.Similarly,enterprises are divided into large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises,divided into two-party games of large enterprises of the same strength and enterprises of different strengths,and multi-party games of multiple enterprises that ignore the differences in enterprise strength.The symmetrical game model is used in the same strength enterprises to analyze the formation mechanism and corresponding influencing factors of cooperative innovation among them;in different strength enterprises,"intelligent pig evolutionary game" model is used to analyze the formation mechanism and influencing factors of cooperation and innovation;in the cooperation of multiple enterprises,a multi-player sled game model is used for analysis to obtain the conditions for its stable strategy.Fourth,the formation mechanism of cooperative innovation in the vertical innovation chain.Similarly,enterprises are divided into large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises,and the analysis is divided into large enterprises of the same strength and enterprises of different strengths.In the cooperation of enterprises with the same strength,the upstream and downstream enterprises with the same strength use the "prospect evolution game" model to analyze the formation mechanism and the corresponding influencing factors of the cooperative innovation among enterprises;in different strength enterprises,the formation mechanism and influencing factors of cooperative innovation are analyzed by using "intelligent pig evolutionary game" model.Based on the research on the above content,this article believes that the petrochemical industry innovation chain consists of the collaborative innovation chain for government-industry-research-funding and the vertical and horizontal cooperation innovation chain of the industrial chain.In the early stage of the innovation chain of China’s petrochemical industry,it mainly manifested in the production-study-research cooperation of large enterprises,and then the vertical and horizontal cooperation in the industrial chain gradually appeared.Through the analysis of this paper,in the process of the formation of petrochemical industry innovation,the government,petrochemical enterprises,scientific research institutes in universities and financial institutions are playing their roles,but the role of science and technology intermediary is not obvious.The main innovation points of this paper are as follows: firstly,based on the analysis of asymmetric evolutionary game,the government should pay attention to its leading role in the innovation chain of production,learning and research cooperation of large-scale enterprises,and its supporting and guiding role for small-scale enterprises;secondly,based on the analysis of "intelligent pig evolutionary game",it is believed that horizontal cooperation innovation should start from enterprises with high degree of innovation urgency,and should give full play to the role of science and technology intermediaries to reduce costs.Last but not the least,based on the analysis of "prospect evolution game",it is believed that the perception of revenue is the key to the formation of cooperative innovation,and the reasonable perception of cooperative innovation and independent innovation should be enhanced. |
