Research On Win-win Mechanism Of Bancassurance Financial Holding Model Based On Game Analysis

The development of bancassurance has experienced four modes of cooperation: protocol proxy mode, strategic alliance mode, stock cooperation mode and the model of financial holding. Regardless of the mode of cooperation, cooperation and win-win cooperation is the key tothe problem, and the distribution agent fee is win-win core. The western financial, regulatory system of more perfect, therefore, regardless of themode, the bank insurance cooperation parties to achieve win-win situation. The domestic bank insurance appeared later, at present mainly in the proxy mode, because of the special background of domesticfinancial system, banking and insurance fee of vicious competition, the cooperation of all parties and has not formed a strict sense a win-win situation.And with the further relaxation of financial regulation, the mixed policy in2010, the first domestic bank insurance company was established,marking the financial holding mode of Bancassurance appeared, and showed a more robust development momentum. In view of the domestcbank insurance does not form a win-win situation on the true meaning of the agents in the model primary agreement, construction of more advanced financial holding pattern development system of bankinsurance of bank insurance cooperation win-win mechanism, has important theoretical and practical significance for the healthy development of the domestic financial market.The paper includes the following three aspects:(1) the relevant factors of the bank insurance financial holding mode.Firstly, this paper studies the financial holding mode of Bancassuranceappeared, in the domestic development and some problems; secondly, a detailed analysis of the financial holding mode bank insurance cooperation form, the cooperation process, the value chain cooperation,game tree elements; finally, analysis of the financial holding mode bank parent company, bank insurance Department subsidiaries and the traditional insurance company to carry out strategic factors, economicfactors and non economic factors of bank insurance cooperation.(2) the model of financial holding bank insurance cooperation all the more complic ated principal-agent game research.
