Internet Technology has greatly changed our way to live and work.Compared with traditional offline collaborations,Internet provides a convenient and effective way to collaborate.Traditional Internet belongs to centralized technology.Effective cooperation between agents depends on the third party to build trust.Currently,interactive data are stored on the Internet platform,and disputes over user data ownership have begun to emerge.Internet platforms have always been the key targets of hackers.Once private data is leaked,it will affect numerous users.Extreme block chains belong to de-centralization technology.Although collaborations can be achieved without third parties,they overemphasize de-centralization and concealment,thus the technoloty is easy to be exploited by irregular business.The lack of tracable enduring collaboration mechanism leads to the current blockchains flooding with one-time interactions.In view of the security risks and limited efficiency of business collaborations under the current network conditions,this study proposes the EOIC mechanism,that is the Enduring Online Inter-Subjective Collaborations mechanism,which further includes diachronic mechanisms,security mechanisms,governance mechanisms and incentive mechanisms.First,the diachronic mechanism emphasizes the importance of historical records,which provides unique designs of identity and proof of existence algorithms for both the carriers and subjects of collaborations.It will lay the foundation of future collaborations for breaking through the present one-off online collaborative models.It is also an important basis for the collaborative subjects to prove their reliability.The security mechanism includes three aspects of asset security,human-computer interaction security and privacy information security.In the governance mechanism,we invented the ground-breaking token-based bookkeeping method,which can naturally support transaction parallelism.Additionally,the design of flexible authorization management can implement different regulatory requirements according to application scenarios.The incentive mechanism is conducive to correctly guiding user behaviors and maintaining the system ecology.This study discusses two cases of how to implement the EOIC mechanism in B2 B.First,for phenomenon of inferior products expelling superior ones,which is known as the market for lemons,a solution based on EOIC mechanism is proposed.Specifically,the scheme introduces cognitive interest rate based on the diachronic mechanism,compensation method for historical sellers based on the incentive mechanism,and adjustment menthod of the weight coefficient based on governance mechanism,respectively,and then gives relevant algorithms and application methods,which encourage sellers with superior products to enter the market and break the vicious circle of the market for lemons.Secondly,aiming at the efficiency and scalability of B2 B collaborations,a hierarchical design based on the EOIC mechanism is proposed.Specifically,the datachain layer is designed based on the security mechanism,the Business Intelligence(BI)mid-platform is designed based on the governance mechanism,and an intelligent matching service is designed based on the diachronic mechanism.The hierarchical scheme makes the logical chain of the system very clear vertically and can implement the clear and efficient functional expansions.Finally,this study implements a collaborative system based on the EOIC mechanism applied in individual senarios,that is the everi Token public chain system.A digital certificate,or a token,in this study corresponds to a user's proof that one has an exclusive share of the economy in an asset,a period of time,particular place,or a time-based service provided by a particular entity,and also is the carrier of collaborations.The system implements simple and clear Safe Contracts,instead of Ethereum's Smart Contract(which requires user-programmed implementation),therefore greatly reduces the need of programming skills,and security risks caused by code logic problems in Smart Contracts.The system also implemets the token-based bookkeeping method.Compared with the Bitcoin 6-7 Transactions Per Second(TPS),Ethereum's TPS is about 25,that of EOS is about 4000,and everi Token's TPS has already exceeded 10,000,which is remarkable among the worldwide blockchain systems.The system demonstrates a flexible authorization management mechanism,allowing an issuer to invite the regulatory departments to participate in multi-signs,thereby meeting the requirements of strong regulation in some specific application scenarios.
