The athletic ability of primary school students will cause a significant impact on their life-long sports participation and physical health.The state also attaches great importance to the physical health of primary school students.Movement coordination ability is a comprehensive functional ability of the nervous system.Good movement coordination ability can help primary school students master sports skills,improve athletic ability and promote the coordination and development of various body systems,thereby shaping good body posture,promoting the healthy development of the body and laying a good foundation for growth and future development.Primary school is an important stage for children's physical development and athletic ability development,especially the development of movement coordination ability.Therefore,the key period for the development of movement coordination ability must be fully grasped,and children's movement coordination ability should be developed in a scientific and effective way.Sports visual training provides a new way to improve the body's athletic ability,especially for primary school students who are in the active stage of visual development.Sports visual training is highly valued in the research and practice abroad.However,the relevant research is few in China,especially the necessary understanding and research practice of sports visual training in the training for body movement function among teenagers.In this paper,a study was carried out in primary school students using sports visual training,to explore its role in visual ability and the corresponding effect on movement coordination ability.This study has certain innovative significance and practical value.Based on related theoretical support,the structural elements and evaluation of sports visual training and movement coordination ability were analyzed in this study using literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,Delphi method and testing method,so as to screen out a set of sports visual training methods suitable for primary school students,and establish evaluation indexes for movement coordination ability in primary school students.Additionally,through a teaching experiment,the effect of sports visual training on the movement coordination ability of primary school students was explored by analyzing the experimental results using mathematical statistics.The results will provide help for improving the movement coordination ability,promoting the development of athletic ability and enhancing the physical health of primary school students,and also provide a reference for the formulation of national physical health test standards for primary school students.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Sports visual training has an effect on the movement coordination ability.Through the application of sports visual training factors,the relevant experiments were carried out in the physical education class of the primary school.The experimental results showed that sports visual training had significant effects on the spatial orientation,balance and cognitive abilities of primary school students.To be more specific,(1)sports visual training had a significant effect on the spatial orientation ability of primary school students at level 2,but presented no significant effect on the spatial orientation ability of primary school students at level 1 and level 3.(2)Sports visual training showed a significant effect on the balance ability of primary school students at the three levels.(3)Sports visual training had a significant effect on the cognitive ability of primary school students at level 1 and level 2,but no significant effect on the cognitive ability of primary school students at level 3.Sports visual training showed no effect on the improvement in reaction ability,ontological perception ability or rhythmic abilities of primary school students.The movement coordination ability increased with the increase in level.Sports visual training presented no significant difference in gender of primary school students.2.The systematic scientific method of establishing sports vision training should follow the physical and mental development law of primary school students.The establishment of primary school students' sports visual training method is a systematic and complex process.In the study,the selection of the training methods of sports vision was selected by expert interview and Likert scale.In the design teaching experiment,the method of sports vision training has gone through the process of eliminating the essence,removing the fake and saving the truth.The final method of sports vision training has been proved to be scientific and effective in teaching practice.Through the analysis and sorting out of the relevant theories of sports vision,13 contents of sports vision were summarized,including static vision,dynamic vision,visual focus,visual tracking,peripheral vision,image fusion flexibility,depth perception,visualization,hand(foot)-eye coordination,instant vision,visual concentration,contrast sensitivity,light sensitivity.Based on the in-depth analysis of each sports visual content combined with the physical and mental development characteristics and rules of primary school students,the training methods were explored.It was verified that 15 sports visual training methods,such as eye exercises,pendulum reading,ball passing and word recognition in pairs,card focusing,far and near alphabet training,number finding,two-stage scanning,number recognition,pencil lifting and looking,opposite ball-point pen training,delayed memory,positioned throwing and catching,hand-foot touching,quick reading and shorthand,and one-point gazing,were suitable for application and promotion in primary school students.The results show that these methods are applicable and effective,easy to master and popularize.3.The evaluation index of primary school students' movement coordination ability determined in the study is effective and has a certain promotion value.The physical movement ability of students in primary school determines that this group needs a set of simple and easy evaluation indexes of movement coordination ability to comprehensively master and scientifically analyze.The research shows that the movement coordination ability of primary school students is a comprehensive and complex ability composed of many factors,so the determination of its evaluation index is a more complex work.We should not only consider its comprehensiveness,but also consider the influence of age,gender,individual differences and special characteristics.Based on the principles of scientificity,systematicness,comprehensiveness,pertinence and feasibility,the research is guided by the theories of dynamic system,sports anatomy,sports psychology and sports training.Through the analysis and systematic classification of the relevant literature,this paper analyzes the six structural elements of motor coordination ability.The movement coordination ability of primary school students was determined to include reaction capacity,spatial orientation ability,ontological perception ability,rhythmic ability,balance ability and cognitive ability.Six indexes suitable for evaluating the movement coordination ability of primary school students were sorted out,namely rebound six-corner game,cross-quadrant turning and jumping,rope skipping,turning back between hurdles,walking balance beam,and rope-ladder map recognition.4.Sports visual training is beneficial to the visual ability of primary school students.After experimental intervention,significant differences were found in the average visual acuity(VA)between the experimental classes and the control classes at different levels.The average VA of multiple experimental classes was improved slightly after sports visual training(level 2 and level 3),while that of multiple control classes decreased slightly with time during normal teaching.The results indicate that sports visual training plays a certain role in the development and protection of visual ability in primary school students.
