Since the implementation of the ‘05 Plan’(Implementation Plan of ‘Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Course of Ideological and Political Theory in Colleges and Universities’),the Ideological Moral Education and the Fundamentals of Law(the ‘Basic’ course)has merged the moral education with the law-related education into a course.However,there is a gap between the actual teaching effect and the original intention of the plan.In order to solve this phenomenon,it is difficult for the teachers to dissolve the moral education and the law-related education in a course of cognition.In order to promote the effective transformation of teaching materials,this paper explores the academic,historical and realistic basis of the integration of moral education and law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course,and analyzes the phenomena of ‘dichotomy(two related matters or aspects becoming disjointed and uncoordinated)’ between the moral education and the law-related education in the teaching of the ‘Basic’ course.On this basis,the teaching of the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course are systematically designed.The teaching system of organic integration is verified by experiments.From the theoretical level,the integration of the moral education with the law-related education in the course of the ‘Basic’ is not only because the overall development of the college students needs moral quality and legal quality,but also because there is an inseparable link between the moral education and the law-related education,which is the result of the birth of the ‘Basic’ course.The most fundamental reason.The relationship between ruling by virtue and by law in China from ancient to modern society has never been separated,which further verifies the legality of Integrating the moral education with the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course.Systematically combing and clarifying the academic,historical and realistic basis of the integration of the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course will help to improve the theoretical depth of the‘Basic’ course and enhance the academic charm of this course.From the realistic level,based on the previous research on the theory,history and reality of the moral education and the law-related education,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the ‘dichotomy’ phenomena in the teaching of the‘Basic’ course,and promotes the teaching concept,teaching content,teaching method and teaching means of the ‘Basic’ course.The three dimensional reform of teaching assessment helps to promote the scientific transformation of teaching material system to teaching system.The research content is divided into five parts:The first part is prolegomenon,This part mainly introduces the origin,research methods and research significance of the organic integration of the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course.The main task of the ‘Basic’ course designed by the ‘05 Plan’ of the Ministry of Propaganda of the Central Committee is to carry out socialist moral education and law-related education,to help students strengthen their socialist legal concept and improve their ideological and moral quality.However,there is a big gap between the present situation of the teaching implementation of the ‘Basic’ course and the original intention of the ‘05 Plan’.The front-line teachers are confused about the birth and implementation of the ‘Basic’ course,and can not well understand the compatibility between the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course.Therefore,the moral education and the law-related education appear divide and rule in the teaching which is‘dichotomy’.In order to help the front-line teachers to clear up the confusion on the cognition of the ‘Basic’ course and realize the value convergence between moral norms and legal norms,and the consistency between the moral education and the law-related education,the academic circles have made a certain degree of exploration,but it is not systematic and in-depth,and has no pertinence to the confusion of the front-line teachers.Therefore,this paper directly explores the academic,historical and realistic basis of the integration of the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course,analyzes the present situation and causes of the implementation of the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course,and on this basis,designs the teaching path of the organic integration of the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course.And checks it in the teaching practice,the author hopes to help the front-line teachers of the‘Basic’ course to relieve the confusion of academic theory and provide methods and ways to enhance the effectiveness of the ‘Basic’ course education and teaching.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.In this part,the key words of ‘Basic’ course,‘the moral education’,‘the legal education’ and ‘the law-related education’ are explained and defined.On the basis of inheriting and drawing on previous studies,we explore the theoretical origin of the integration of the moral education and the law-related education.Marxist theory on the homology,homogeneity,value convergence and complementarity of morality and law is the internal theoretical basis for the integration of the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course.Western theories on the relationship between morality and law provide some reference for the organic integration of the moral education and the law-related education.The historical tradition of combining morality with law in China also play an important theoretical foundation for the emergence and development of the ‘Basic’ course..This part of research will provide a solid theoretical and historical basis for the organic integration of the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course.The third part is analysis on the realistic needs and their dimensions for the integration of the moral education and law-related education.From the perspective of reality,morality and law,as ideology and system ideology,whose emergence and development are based on common economic,political,cultural,social and ecological construction.The combination of the moral education and law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course is exactly the embodiment of the concept and practice of governing the country by combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue in the field of education.The depth analysis of this part will help consolidate and strengthen the sense of identity of the front-line teachers to the integration of the moral education and law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course.The fourth part is analysis of the current situation of the moral education and the law-related education in the teaching of the ‘Basic’ course.Because of the difference of subject background and the inertia of teaching of the front-line teachers who undertake the teaching of ‘Basic’ course are confused about the birth and implementation of the ‘Basic’course.They can not understand the compatibility between the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course well,and can not carry out the guiding spirit of‘05 Plan’ in teaching.The ‘dichotomy’ phenomenon has appeared,which is embodied in many aspects,such as teaching concept,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching means and teaching assessment.Only by dialysis of the ‘dichotomy’ phenomenon in the teaching of‘Basic’ course and its causes can we find a targeted solution.The fifth part is discuss on teaching improvement countermeasures and practice for the organic integration of the moral education and the law-related education in the ‘Basic’ course.This part is the core of the thesis,and also the focus of the innovation value of the subject.In view of ‘the moral education and the law-related education are separated’ which existing in the teaching of the current ‘Basic’ course,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of the system and demonstrates it in practice,which promotes the three-dimensional reform of teaching ideas,teaching contents,teaching methods,and teaching assessment in all directions,and then stimulates the scientific transformation of Curriculum System into Teaching system,so as to realize the organic integration of the moral education and the law-related education.
