| The theoretical and empirical research on China’s ice and snow sports tourism is carried out at the theoretical and practical levels how to further promote the development of China’s winter sports and ice and snow industry under the background of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games.At present China’s ski population just 1%,than skiing is still in the primary stage of development,how to realize successfully the grand goal of 300 million participate in the ice and snow only accurately interpret the theory connotation of ice and snow sports tourism,ice and snow sports tourism consumption motivation and consumption characteristics,reasonable planning and development of ice-snow tourism projects to realize the grand blueprint.The research has important academic value and research significance for enriching the theory of ice and snow sports tourism,promoting the construction of ice and snow sports tourism and enriching the ice and snow sports tourism products.Study how to use the theory of sustainable development theory,leisure time,tourism destination life cycle theory,the literature review mathod,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,case analysis and other methods,in Beijing,Hebei,Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang seven provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)as the research object,according to current situation of resources development,management and so on to design the "ice and snow sports tourism consumers" "about ice and snow sports tourism product demand" two questionnaires.This paper collects and sorts out relevant documents and management strategies of ice and snow sports tourism,explains the connotation,value and characteristics of ice and snow sports tourism,conducts empirical research on typical cases in Heilongjiang and Beijing,and puts forward development strategies of ice and snow sports tourism.According to the study:(1)This doctoral dissertation analyzes the theoretical basis of ice and snow sports tourism,and expounds the connotation and attribute of ice and snow sports tourismBased on the theory of sustainable development,leisure time theory and tourism destination life cycle theory,this study further expounds the connotation and attribute of ice and snow sports tourism by defining the concepts of tourism,sports tourism and ice and snow sports tourism.Including its value,function and characteristics,so as to lay a foundation for the follow-up study.(2)This dissertation analyzes the consumption motivation of ice and snow sports tourism in China,and provides reference for the development strategy of ice and snow sports tourism industry in ChinaThe rapid development of market economy provides a good material basis for the development of this industry.The continuous improvement and introduction of relevant policies provide a strong legal guarantee for the industry.In addition,with the continuous improvement of transportation facilities and related technical means in China,people’s travel is more convenient.Based on the micro-level analysis,with the continuous improvement of national income level,personal disposable income is increasing,and leisure time is also gradually increasing,providing conditions for the development of the industry.The psychological motivation of tourists is to get comfortable experience and social identity.(3)The performance characteristics of different consumer groups of Chinese residents are significantThe investigation and analysis show that the ice and snow sports tourism consumption of different gender groups,whether or not they have participated in ice and snow sports tourism consumption in the past,the expected consumption level of this product in the future is generally higher than that of women,most of them are concentrated in less than 100 RMB consumption;There was a positive correlation between age and the consumption level of ice and snow sports tourism.10% of the people of all ages were willing to pay more than 200 RMB for ice and snow sports tourism products in the future,and half of all professional groups were 20 to 30 years old,and most of the people were concentrated in less than 100 RMB on ice and snow sports tourism in the future,and 10% of the people in all ages were willing to pay more than 200 RMB for ice and snow sports tourism products in the future.With theimprovement of educational level,the proportion of people who have participated in ice and snow sports tourism in the past is increasing,while the proportion of people with low consumption is gradually decreasing.Compared with the past consumption demand,the consumption demand of different occupational groups in the future has a significant decline.Urban and urban residents have a relatively high consumption level of ice and snow sports tourism.The influence of household income level on the consumption level of ice and snow sports tourism is positively correlated,and the expected consumption level of different income groups is less than 100 RMB in the future.(4)In the dimension of time and space,the development of ice and snow sports tourism is sorted outThis dissertation analyzes the problems existing in the development of China’s ice and snow sports tourism.Ice and snow sports tourism compound talents are scarce;Insufficient funds lead to poor hardware facilities and insufficient product promotion.(5)In view of the existing problems in China’s ice and snow sports tourism,the development strategies of policy guidance,operation mechanism,guarantee measures,marketing strategy and resource evaluation are put forwardRealize the sustainable development of ice and snow sports tourism requires must be scientific management,the management level will directly influence on the development of tourism products,lack of scientific management means can’t implement efficient product development,also said can’t regulate the development of the tourism market,the efficiency of resource allocation cannot guarantee,policy guidance not only can make the tourism enterprise effective use of resources,promote the ice-snow tourism product operation mechanism,and through the related security measures to standardize market behavior,make flexible use of marketing strategy,policy guidance,operation mechanism and safeguard measures,marketing strategy and resource evaluation of five aspects coordinate with each other,Mutual promotion to achieve sustainable and healthy development of snow and ice sports
