Education is the grand plan of the country and the Party.The National Education Congress has made a profound exposition on the proposition of cultivating "socialist builders and successors".General Secretary Xi Jinping particularly emphasized that "efforts should be made to enhance the overall quality,to educate and guide students to cultivate comprehensive ability and innovative thinking." Talents are strategic resources to realize national rejuvenation and win the initiative of international competition.Under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the accelerated change of science and technology and industry in the world,it is an important course of epochal significance for Chinese higher education to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into talent training,to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education among college students,and to train a large number of new people with innovative spirit and to assume the task of national rejuvenation.Question.It is not only the need of serving the national development strategy,but also the need of innovative development of higher education and running higher education that people are satisfied with.But at present,college students' innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness,social responsibility and practical ability still need to be strengthened.Taking "creating wealth" as the first choice of innovative and entrepreneurial value goal shows obvious utilitarianism,egoism and excessive self-concern.Although entrepreneurship inherently has the utilitarian purpose of "creating wealth",but "creating wealth" is not the only purpose of innovation and entrepreneurship.We do not object to college students "creating wealth" in innovation and entrepreneurship.After all,only by laying a material foundation,can college students achieve a more comprehensive development.However,we oppose college students to regard "creating wealth" as the sole goal and ultimate goal of individual innovation and entrepreneurship,neglecting the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship spirit,entrepreneurship consciousness,social responsibility of individual in innovation and entrepreneurship,and all-round development of individual in innovation and entrepreneurship.How to help college students set up the spirit of innovation,the consciousness of entrepreneurship,the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and the sense of social responsibility that match the training objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education advocated by the state,form correct values of innovation and entrepreneurship,and guide college students to complete the transformation from "ego" realized by self-value to "big ego" serving the country and the people in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship,thus becoming the principle On topics and practical propositions.Based on the above understanding,this paper takes the "new era college students' innovation and entrepreneurship values" as the main research object,Though this paper,we want to find that how to interpret the essence of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship values,and what is the specific content with Chinese characteristics entering the new era? And how to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of College Students' innovative and entrepreneurial values? In order to answer the two problems,on the basis of combining theory with practice,we establish the research idea of "the essence of connotation-the investigation of current situation and characteristics-the exploration of generating mechanism-the concise main content-the construction of cultivation strategies".The paper draws three basic conclusions: Firstly,in essence,college students' innovative and entrepreneurship values in the new era are an important part and special embodiment of socialist core values.They are the main body of college students based on their own needs,on the basis of innovative and entrepreneurship practice,their understanding of innovative and entrepreneurship goals and the value judgment and selection criteria adopted in innovative and entrepreneurship.Starting from "creating value and stressing efficiency",taking the overall development of college students as the highest value ideal,and whether to promote social development and safeguard the fundamental interests of the people as the evaluation criteria.Secondly,from the current situation,college students themselves have a vague understanding of the value of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship value presents the characteristics of pluralism,utilitarianism and egoism;the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship value focuses on material interests and self-development,showing hedonism;and there is contradiction between justice and profit recognition and choice in the choice of innovation and entrepreneurship value.Thirdly,from the point of view of cultivation,the cultivation of College Students' innovative and entrepreneurial values in the new era depends on the guidance of the advanced educational concept of innovative and entrepreneurial education.It needs to play the role of the main channel of classroom education,actively expand the practice platform,give full play to the role of college students' subjectivity,and ensure the effective implementation of the cultivation of College Students' innovative and entrepreneurial values.Under this research idea,the logical structure of this paper mainly includes five chapters.Chapter1: The core concept and theoretical basis of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship values in the new era.This part mainly defines the core
