Informal science education has cultivated modern citizens with scientific literacy and rational spirit for the modernization of human society.The modernization of education demonstrates human subjectivity and scientific rationality,and ultimately points to human modernity.But at present,my country's informal science education faces the constraints of systems,concepts,and methods,and cannot meet the needs of social transformation.The healthy development of informal science education in the United States has cultivated scientific citizens with autonomous consciousness and rational spirit for the modernization of American society,and has effectively promoted the integration and mutual progress of science and society.So how does the appeal of American social modernization penetrate into the minds of the people with the help of informal science education,and what role does informal science education play in this process?The research object and question part,take the development and reform process of informal science education in the United States as the research object,grasp the role of informal science education in the modernization process of American society as a whole,and try to reveal how the modernity of American society reflects and affects the United States and Africa.The research design part uses literature analysis,historical analysis,and comparative research to
