| Ideological work is an extremely important work of the party,and colleges and universities are the forefront of ideological work.The special status of ideological work in Colleges and universities requires the Party committee of colleges and universities to firmly grasp the discourse power of ideology in Colleges and universities.While “ideology floats in discourse”,to master the discourse power of ideology in Colleges and universities should be supported by discourse system.The basic unit of constructing discourse system is discourse.The key to the effectiveness of ideological discourse system lies in the effectiveness of ideological discourse,following the line of “Discourse-discourse system-discourse power” is the general rule of fighting for discourse power.Therefore,effective discourse is one of the elements for universities to grasp the power of ideological discourse and construct an effective discourse system,as well as its logical starting point.Based on the important value of discourse in the construction of discourse system and the mastery of discourse power in ideological work,this paper takes the effectiveness of discourse in ideological work as the research object,aiming to provide theoretical support for ideological work in Colleges and universities.The article consists of seven parts,namely introduction,five chapters and conclusion.The introduction part describes the background and significance of the topic,summarizes the research status of the effectiveness of ideological discourse at home and abroad,and makes a brief comment on it.On the basis of combing the current situation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research perspective and research methods.The first chapter explains the related concepts involved in the study of the effectiveness of ideological work discourse in colleges and universities,clarifies the relationship between three pairs of concepts closely related to the effectiveness of ideological work discourse in colleges and universities,discusses the connotation and forms of effectiveness,and expounds the evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of ideological work discourse in colleges and universities.The second chapter,starting from the text,expounds Marx and Engels’ discourse theory of ideology on the basis of studying the logical relationship between ideology and discourse.This paper summarizes Lenin,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping’s ideological work discourse thoughts and clarifies the origin and flow of Marxist ideological work discourse in China.This chapter also critically draws lessons from western ideological discourse theory.So as to provide theoretical support for the construction of ideological work discourse with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which runs through Marxist standpoint,viewpoint and method.The third chapter discusses the basic elements of the effectiveness of ideological work discourse in colleges and universities.This chapter discusses the effectiveness of the subject of ideological work discourse,the object of ideological work discourse,the content of ideological work discourse,the expression method of ideological work discourse and the environment of ideological work discourse.The fourth chapter discusses the practical problems faced by ideological work discourse in colleges and universities.Including ideological work discourse of college educators,blind worship of western academic thoughts and discourse system,western ideological discourse hegemony,new media discourse dispelling the effectiveness of ideological work discourse in colleges and universities,the influence of college students’ discourse on ideological work discourse in colleges and universities,and the inherent tension of triple discourse.For these discourses,the key point is to summarize their negativity,in order to avoid and eliminate their harmfulness,rather than to completely deny these discourses.Instead,we should eliminate the negative elements and absorb the beneficial ones.Otherwise,it violates Marxist dialectics.The fifth chapter discusses how to enhance the effectiveness of ideological work discourse.In the face of many challenges of ideological work discourse in Colleges and universities,according to the theory of Marxist ideological discourse,this paper puts forward five ways to enhance the effectiveness of ideological work discourse in Colleges and universities.In terms of the initiative of the main body,we should give full play to the main responsibility of the ideological work discourse of the Party Committee Construction in Colleges and universities.In terms of development motivation,we should innovate ideological discourse to ensure the vitality of discourse,and innovation is innovation with principles.In the aspect of hard power,it is suggested that the development advantage should be transformed into discourse advantage,and the western discourse puzzle should be solved with hard power.In terms of soft power,we should build ideological discourse with cultural self-confidence and consolidate the cohesion of discourse with cultural soft power.In terms of discourse mechanism,we should give full play to the positive role of ideological discourse transformation and eliminate its negative role.The purpose of transformation is to give full play to the advantages of various discourses,rather than to negate one discourse from another. |
