Practical Research On The Subjects Of Campus Football From The Perspective Of Field Theory

The development of campus football has stepped into the 2.0 era of improving quality and efficiency.The Ministry of education has repeatedly stressed on different occasions that in the new era,it is necessary to improve the governance ability of campus football,and strive to promote the construction of the “eight systems”.Orderly participation,all-round cooperation and joint efforts to form the campus football promotion system are the important components.Through literature,interview,questionnaire survey,case analysis,from the perspective of Bourdieu's field theory,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the field location of campus football,the interest demands of each action subject,the types of capital possession,habitus and action strategies,and deeply analyzes the practical logic and interactive relationship of each subject,aiming to initially put forward from a new perspective the governance model and decision-making reference of the joint promotion of campus football in China,in order to promote the development of quality improvement,efficiency enhancement and sustainable stability of campus football.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Campus football is an objective relationship network composed of a variety of actors in different positions.It has its own unique operation rules,is a relatively independent space and is full of competition and game.In theory,it can be constructed as a field.2.The research generally believes that the root of the disorder lies in the dissimilation of practice and the lack of practice relationship of subjects.It is necessary to enhance the participation of the subjects through the adjustment of interest demands,capital patterns and habitus of action,and conduct directional guidance in the aspects of interest conflicts and supply capital relations,so as to promote the formation of a good field order and lay a solid foundation for the construction of the governance system of campus football.3.The social world is composed of many interrelated sub fields,so the research of campus football should be explained in a broader social space.According to the location of campus football field,education field and sports field have the greatest impact on its field practice.In the follow-up development,it needs not only the field self construction of campus football,but also the continuous optimization of the rules of education field and stadium field.4.This study systematically reveals the law of action of each subject of campus football from the practical logic level,and constructs a localized practice model of each subject of campus football according to the national conditions of our country.Its interest demands are mainly to deepen the reform of school sports,improve the health level of students and train football reserve talents.The types of capital occupied by local administrative departments are diverse,including political capital,economic capital and cultural capital.Diversified interest needs,there are formal,irrational and other practical strategies;principals rely on administrative capital to enter the field of practice,their interest demands are mainly for performance,economic benefits,there are “golden medal doctrine”,perfunctory implementation,highlight further education of practice strategies.5.Football teachers,external coaches rely on cultural capital to participate in the field construction,their interest demands are mainly work performance.There are practical strategies such as emphasizing training over cultural connotations,non-specialization in teaching,and using unconventional means to gain benefits.Students mainly rely on physical cultural capital,parents mainly rely on power capital to enter the field of practice,and their interests are mainly for students' health benefits and income from entering school.In practice,there are habitus of emphasizing “literary” over “body”;Media mainly relying on social capital to participate in field practice,has commercial demands,and has practical strategies such as manufacturing selling points,ignoring social benefits,etc.Youth football clubs mainly rely on professional technical capital to participate in field practice,its interest appeal is mainly economic benefits,which exists in practice strategies such as marriage of educational departments.6.In the context of China,as a “public welfare” field closely linked with the political field,campus football is obviously different from the “strive for the best interests” emphasized by the field theory.There are not only spontaneous players,but also passive players,field conflict,supply and demand and cooperation.The interest relationship of each subject in campus football field is mainly reflected in the interest conflict relationship between the national development core goal and the acquired performance of local administrative departments,the interest conflict relationship between the same level collaborative governance departments and the supply and demand relationship between administrative departments and other field subjects.In the follow-up development,we should improve the system supply,clarify the rights and responsibilities,and realize the interests coordination of all management departments.At the same time,it should gradually meet the interests of the subjects within a reasonable range.7.At present,the investment of political capital plays a leading role in the field of campus football,while the field stock of cultural capital and relational social capital is weak.The new stage of improving the quality and efficiency of campus football requires not only strengthening the field self construction,optimizing the capital pattern,but also jointly promoting more economic capital and social capital to enter the field to participate in the interaction,so as to realize the mutual coordination and balance of capital in the field.The formation of habits needs to realize the orderly participation and coordination of the subjects of the football field on campus,and timely and effectively regulate the function chain of interest capital habitus.Through the field investigation of A school in W City,it fully shows that this function chain plays an important role in building the governance system of campus football and realizing the sustainable and stable development of campus football.At the same time,it can be seen from the case analysis that the development of campus football field,which is different from the field theory,is closely related to the stimulation of subject activity and the transformation of political capital to other types of capital.
