further developed in the form of historical landmarks".This is of great significance in the history of thoughts in the search for the historical starting point of political economy and the historical landmark of political economy.The same is true for the“scientization of ideological and political education".Before exploring the scientific and optimal development based on the historical orientation of the new era,we should consider the historical issue of“how the scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities was first revealed and further developed in the form of historical road signs".This helps to clear the history of scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities,promoting the practical experience of scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities and analyzing the realistic situation of the scientific education,hence to insight into the developing laws of scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities and to promote a new era to optimize the development.This study focuses on the important topic of scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities around the three basic problems:"What scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities is,the history and realistic situation of scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the optimal development of the scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era".This paper makes a preliminary exploration on the ideological resources,theoretical connotation,development course,realistic situation and optimal development in order to determine the "train of thoughts",clarify the "incoming road" and explore the "the road to follow".This study attempts to form a systematic theory of mutual support between theory and practice,integration of experience summary and innovative development,so as to promote the scientific and optimal development in the new era.Following this research approach,the research focuses on the following three aspects:The first part is the theoretical interpretation of the theme’s scientific development.The theoretical interpretation of the scientization of the theme includes ideological resources and connotation analysis,aiming at clarifying the precondition of "what the scientization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is" and determining the research "train of thoughts" on the scientization of our study theme.By systematically sorting out the ideological history of the scientization of ideological and political education of Marxist classical writers and Chinese communists,the research makes education has been continuously improved.The systematic specialization of ideological and political theory courses has been continuously strengthened.The professional development of ideological and political education teams in colleges and universities has been continuously improved,and the institutionalization and standardization of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities has been highlighted.At the same time,the scientization of our study theme has accumulated rich historical experience,which provides "historical and scientific direction",for accurately grasping the scientization of our study theme.However,behind the rapid development of the scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities,there are still many deficiencies,which cannot meet the requirements of dealing with the historical development of the new era,and cannot effectively respond to the challenges faced by the higher education in the new era.The third part is the optimal development of the scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.As the foothold of this research,this part aims to seek the "the road to follow" of the scientific development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics stepping into the development journey of the new era,the development proposition of scientific ideological and political education in colleges and universities highlights its value of the times,which is the endogenous requirement of the subject development of ideological and political education in the new era,the theoretical appeal of the modernization of university governance system and governance capacity,and more of the practical demand of the ideological construction in the new era.In order to optimize the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,first,we need to have a holistic vision and systematic thinking to expand the field,strengthen the characteristics and strengthen the system construction.Secondly,we should pay attention to the regular exploration and grasp the ideological and political work law of ideological and political education in colleges and universities as a governing science,the teaching and educating law as a soul casting educating science and the discipline development law as a new applied discipline.Finally,it is necessary to give full play to the development force of institutionalized standardization as well as professionalized specialization,and continue to promote the realization of scientization of it in the new era,and constantly open up a new horizon of scientization of it in
