Through the sharing of resources and cooperation,the industry oriented vocational education group has provided high-quality workers and technical skills personnel,technology research and development and training services for the development of China's industrial economy,and promoted the healthy and orderly development of vocational education.Interest sharing mechanism is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of industry oriented vocational education group.It is necessary and possible to improve the profit sharing mechanism of industrial vocational education group.Some industry type vocational education groups already have the embryonic form of benefit sharing mechanism.The stakeholders of government,industry,vocational colleges,enterprises,research institutes and so on are or have gained some economic interests,political interests and social reputation.At present,the problems on interest sharing mechanism has brought about such harms as superficial cooperation among the interest sharing subjects,low effective utilization rate of resources,difficulty in reconciling interest conflicts,unclear responsibilities,rights and benefits etc.,which have seriously restricted the sustainable development of industrial vocational education groups.Therefore,it is necessary and of great significance to carry out a deep and systematic study on the interest sharing mechanism of industrial vocational education groups.This study uses Stakeholder Theory,Community Theory and Mechanism Design Theory,and adopts text analysis method,questionnaire and interview survey method to systematically and deeply study the interest sharing mechanism of industrial vocational education groups.There are six parts in total:In the Introduction Part,the author mainly elaborated the problem,research purpose and significance,sorted out the literature,found the shortcomings of existing literature,laid a foundation for carrying out specific research,and introduced the research design,research focus and innovation.Chapter One briefly describes the background,main views,reference and guiding significance in the research of the Stakeholder theory and Mechanism design theory in economics and Community theory in sociology,which theoretically support the industrial vocational education groups' benefit sharing mechanism in structure.Chapter Two theoretically structures the interest sharing mechanism of industrial vocational education groups,resorts and defines the industrial vocational education groups,benefit sharing and the benefit sharing mechanism,introduces the possibility of benefit sharing mechanism construction,benefit sharing of subject and object and the leader of the benefit sharing,thus analyses the interests relations,the structure and the dynamic principle of this kind of groups,elaborates the related principles and power correspondingly,thus clears the industrial vocational education groups' main content of the benefit sharing mechanism.Governments,industries,enterprises,vocational colleges and scientific research institutes are the main subjects of benefit sharing.Benefit sharing object for the material and spiritual benefit,material benefits include: space and equipment and other materialized resources,talent bonuses,economic benefits by cooperation,professional teaching resources,practice and training resources,information resources,technical research achievements etc.,mental interests include: honor,social influence,brand strength,etc.There are complicated benefit relationships in the various benefit structures of industrial vocational education groups,which performs in benefit sharing object relations,benefit sharing relations between subject and object,giving and taking relations,interest relations with the diversity of stakeholders and their interests,interests gain means diversity,the object of the basic characteristics of richness and complexity of the interest object.The power of benefit sharing mechanism includes the impetus of government and industry,corporation social responsibility,group governance structure perfect,high-quality resources attraction,the group and member unit of radiation driving force,the principle of benefit sharing mechanism for balanced principle,the principle of standardization and flexibility as well as the principles of balance and unbalance.The main contents of benefit sharing mechanism in the industrial vocational education groups include responsibility and right division,interest participation,interest expression,interest distribution and interest drive.The division of responsibility and right is the most important content of system design,interest participation is the premise,interest expression is the basis,interest distribution is the core and interest drive is the guarantee.Chapter Three analyses the texts,questionnaires and interviews to 20 constitutions of industrial vocational education groups,finds there are the following problems in the benefit sharing mechanism of industrial vocational education groups,mainly such as: 1.The industrial vocational education groups has insufficient binding force and enforcement force.2.Each interest subject fails to give full play to its maximum effectiveness.3.Interest appeals and feedback are blocked.4.The group's overall income is not obvious and the benefit sharing subject has a low degree of benefit.5.The policy system of interest compensation is not perfect.6.Lack of interest sharing awareness.Chapter Four explores profound reasons for the problems existing in the benefit sharing mechanism of industrial vocational education groups based on the results of empirical investigation and related theories,which includes: imperfect system designing;low enthusiasm of benefit sharing subjects to participate in benefit sharing,unobstructed expressions of benefit sharing subjects to their benefits,great differences in benefit demands in benefit sharing,lack of benefit compensations in benefit driven,consciousness barrier and lack of normalized performance appraisal,etc.Chapter Five gives the solutions to the benefit sharing mechanism of industrial vocational education groups,which includes: constructing the institutional environment of benefit sharing mechanism,perfecting the multi-participation mechanism of benefit participation,expanding the benefit expressions of the benefit sharing subject,perfecting the clear and reasonable benefit sharing mechanism,introducing benefit compensation and constructing the benefit-driven mechanism,establishing the correct awareness of benefit sharing,introducing performance appraisal to promote the construction and operation of the benefit sharing mechanism,etc.
