In recent years, as the educational investment of governments increases gradually, the cause of education in China has achieved remarkable results. However, the populace still has many complaints to current education, such problems as school selection; educational fees are the focus of those complaints. These problems reflected a serious contradiction in the field of education:the education system of the government "single supply" can’t satisfy the increasingly diversified demand of education. To solve this problem, it is necessary to break the traditional management mode of education and construct the poly-supply system of education. In fact, not only in the respect of the nature of the ’mixed-goods’, but also in the respect of the diversification of the education needs, it is necessary to construct such a system. Besides, the international experience of the education system also provides us much useful reference. The purpose of this article is to analyze the system obstacle in the contradictions between the supply and demand in the perspective of public finance, and to find the method of resolving the contradictions between the supply and demand and the direction of further deepening education reform.This article uses both the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, from the basic principle of public finance, to analyze the nature of the education service and the diversification of education need in China, and to find the source of the problems. On this basis, this article demonstrates the necessity of constructing poly-pattern supply system of education, and indicates the responsibility in education supply of government, society and individuals, and explores the approaches to build the poly-pattern supply system of education in our country. |
