Art and communication are born together.The development of art runs through the entire process of art dissemination,and new shoots are sprouted in the interaction with the elements of dissemination.The material level and various rules and regulations of the Song Dynasty have a hint of "democracy and enlightenment",and the dazzling Song culture is in the high glory period of our country's culture.It has made achievements in many aspects such as politics,morality,art and technology.Therefore,in a sense,the Song Dynasty was a dynasty that saw the dawn of civilization,and the art of painting in this dynasty was even more dazzling.Song dynasty paintings inherited and innovated,maintained and sublimated the traditional patterns and artistic concepts of the established precise meanings.These were not sudden,but experienced a process of development.In other words,whether it inherits the legacy of previous art or opens a new chapter in later art,the spread is always accompanied by the development of the painting art of the Song Dynasty.In 1948,American scholar Harold Laswell,one of the founders of modern communication,proposed the five elements that exist in the communication process,referred to as"5W" for short.This is obviously aimed at modern communication activities,but the painting art communication activities of the Song Dynasty are also a kind of communication activity,and it is also a cultural form for Song people to perceive,understand,and explore themselves and the outside world,especially in the painting from initial creation to The exhibition,appreciation,circulation,and acceptance of paintings are closely related to communication.Therefore,it is of certain enlightening significance to selectively learn from Laswell's communication theory and take care of the problems of the art of painting in the Song Dynasty.During the Tang and Song Dynasties,China's feudal society experienced a major political,economic and cultural change,which was directly related to the composition of the main body of painting art in the Song Dynasty.On the one hand,the ruling class suppressed the power of the warlords,developed the imperial examination system,and broke the barriers between traditional classes.People of all classes have the possibility of entering official positions.The backbone of the literati class in the two Song Dynasties changed from aristocratic aristocrats to bureaucrats who joined the imperial examinations,and the reorganized literati class maintained a natural connection with the people.In the past,the aesthetic interest of aristocratic culture was gradually replaced by the aesthetic interest of literati culture and secular culture.On the other hand,the looser personal relationship between the Song Dynasty and the Song dynasty made it easier for people to move between regions and promoted the exchange of painting styles between regions.At this time,the royal family,the literati and the ordinary people have their own characteristics as the main body of communication,but the literati and the official class influence other classes by virtue of their cultural discourse power,and they dominate the spread of painting art to a certain extent.The paintings of the Song Dynasty,as the object of art dissemination,convey the distinctive characteristics of the times and the unique spirit.Through the analysis of specific works,we can generally see that,first,Song paintings have a different cultural temperament from previous dynasties.It is said that Song paintings often express the characteristics of artistic accommodating,making Song paintings still dominate in the spread of the generations,and become a model of painting for later generations.Second,painting is no longer a "privilege" exclusive to the gentry,but it is popularized among the various classes of gentry,farmer,business and industry.The painting works actually metaphor the aesthetic tastes of different classes,and the game of power is hidden in the process of dissemination.Art communication media is also the link between the communicator and the audience,which affects the content and final effect of communication.In the two Song Dynasties,from a material point of view,the rapid development of printing technology was a critical period for the historical leap from manuscript to print.The publication and dissemination of various books and classics had a profound impact on the art of painting.From a social point of view,the booming of the calligraphy and painting market and educational institutions in the Song Dynasty is another important aspect for investigating the spread of painting art.The dissemination audiences of the painting art of the Song Dynasty have different particularities of previous generations.Due to the improvement of the education level of the people in the Song Dynasty,coupled with the relatively superior material standard of living,the people pay attention to the pursuit of spiritual life.Therefore,the Song Dynasty art audience can receive art information content and even consume and possess painting works more freely and according to their own needs.From the perspective of behavioral demands and social factors,the art audiences of the Song and Song Dynasties present multiple aesthetic characteristics,and the aesthetic concepts of art audiences in different historical stages of the Songs and Songs are also different.At the same time,the audiences of the two Songs art are not simply passive acceptance,but will actively feedback the content of art information.In other words,the art audience influences the direction of painting creation and style.Painting is the crystallization of the real world and the spiritual world,and has the ability to cross time and space and penetrate into different cultural circles.The changes in the knowledge,emotion,attitude and behavior of art audiences after receiving the content of art information indicate that the effect of art communication is a comprehensive presentation of the interaction of all elements of art communication.Among them,the communication intention and the value of communication directly affect the effect of painting communication in the Song Dynasty.Based on the above analysis,we can find that if we want to understand the various factors and internal relations of the painting art communication activities of the Song Dynasty,we cannot confirm the dimension of art acceptance.From the perspective of art acceptance,understanding painting art communication can make it clear that the five elements of communication are not isolated.Existence exists but inherent logic exists.Through the above investigation,it is possible to make an overall interpretation and judgment of the evolution of the Song Dynasty painting in the visual and conceptual communication process.Stones from other mountains can be used for jade,and reasonable reference to the relevant theoretical knowledge of communication to review the history of art can provide new theoretical ideas for the theoretical discipline of art,and it is bound to show us a new artistic vision.
