A Study On The Literature Of Heying Family In Qing Dynasty

Heying’s family was a famous literature and imperial examination family with many talented people in the Qing Dynasty.The family had rich literary works and played an important role in the literary history of the Eight Banners.This thesis takes Heying’s family literature works as the research object,on the basis of the comprehensive and systematic arrangement of the materials of their family lineage,marriage,official career,social intercourse of the main members of their families,we study the poetry of Heying’s family from the perspective of space theory and poetry aesthetics,and analyze the experience of time-space and life consciousness in the poetry creation of Heying family from multiple dimensions such as social space and image construction.In the first chapter,I mainly sort out Heying’s family lineage,marriage and writings,and identify their given name,styled name and nickname.Chapter two makes extensive use of Factual Record of Qing Dynasty,chronicles and anthologies of many people,and other historical materials to sort out and describe in detail the life and official deeds of Heying,Bichang,Hengfu,Qianfu and Xizhen,so as to facilitate further research.In chapter three,according to the collections of exchange of poems of Heying,Bichang,Qianfu,Xizhen and the multi-ethnic literati as well as the communication recorded in the literature,we describe the literary intercourse of Heying’s family one by one in order of the time of acquaintance or social intercourse,reproduce the process of the integration of Manchu,Mongolian and Han scholars,and presents the overall style of the literary circles in the Qing Dynasty.In Chapter four,the cultural ecology of Heying’s family is systematically studied.Firstly,we summarize the Qing government greatly promoted Confucianism by setting up official schools,carrying out imperial examinations,promoting the participation of Manchu and Mongolian scholars in the study of Confucian classics and imperial examinations.Secondly,we discuss that Heying’s family focused on the choice of virtue when marrying and used the royal marriage to expand its political prestige.Finally,Heying’s family tradition of filial piety,faithfulness and paying great attention to education is studied.Chapter five aims to discuss the writing of the border area by Heying’s family.In their poems,they showed the vitality of the border areas of China In their poems,eulogized the good political situation that all people belong to one family and multi-ethnic "grand unification" and reappeared the political concept of "great unity" in Qing Dynasty.In the repeated transformation of living space,Heying and his family members stuck to a positive,optimistic,and open-minded attitude towards life and showed the thinking of individual life,as well as a strong sense of life.On the basis of sorting out and studying of Heying’s family,this paper summarizes the reasons why Heying’s family became a famous one,and reveals its unique position in the cultural(literary)history of the Qing Dynasty.
