A famous school with a history of one hundred years is a special phenomenon in the field of basic education.To a certain extent,it reflects the development process of the whole modern history,society and education,as well as the development of education and teaching in a certain region or school,We can also see its rich historical resources and cultural value,and provide some enlightenment for the current practical problems in basic education.Under the current trend of balanced development of education,famous historical schools play an inestimable role in education and social driving with their excellent tradition in cultural concept and strong sense of responsibility in social and ethical functions.Therefore,this study selects the high school affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University with a history of 100 years as the research object to carry out a case study.Based on the "modern historical view"of educational history research,this study observes the hundred year history of the Affiliated High School of Shaanxi Normal University from a historical and developmental thinking and perspective,focusing on the practical problems in the current school cultural development and construction.On the one hand,by combing the development status of the school in modern history,on the other hand,according to the relationship between the past and the present,this research focuses on the practical problems in the construction of school culture The trend of the school in the future development of education.At the same time,using the theories of cultural communication,cultural change,cultural integration and cultural identity in educational culture,this paper explores the formation,development,accumulation,innovation and proliferation of school culture in the secondary school attached to Shaanxi Normal University,and summarizes the core of school cultureexcellent school cultural quality.The specific research contents and main conclusions are as followsFirst,by combing the historical presentation of school culture in school education culture,teacher culture,student culture and management culture during the period from the establishment of the school to the establishment of new China(1910-1949),the historical characteristics of school culture are preliminarily summarized,and then the overall understanding of the accumulation of school culture tradition is formed:first,the traditional accumulation of school education culture It is mainly manifested in the following two aspects:the ability to integrate the national macro educational objectives and policies and the superficial transformation ability to the deep "education" essence of school education;the traditional accumulation of teacher culture is mainly manifested in two aspects,namely,the ability to master advanced ideas in the interweaving of multiple ideological trends;and the third is in the aspect of student culture The traditional accumulation is mainly formed in the patriotic and progressive movement,the student-centered culture of saving the country and serving the country,and the student subculture in which the collective learning ability and personal development ability are complementary and coordinated in the interest struggle generated by the social structural contradictions;the fourth is the traditional accumulation in school management culture,which is mainly manifested in the clear and practical school running ideas of managers and the flexible reform of governance There are two aspects:the school concept,the value orientation of progressive democracy,and the profound humanistic education feelings.On this basis,the excellent school cultural quality of the high school attached to Shaanxi Normal University is further summarized as "progress","seeking","pragmatism" and"responsibility".It is the basic value orientation and behavior mode gradually accumulated by integrating different factors in the historical development process of the Affiliated High School of Shaanxi Normal University,and it is the core of the excellent school culture of the high school attached to Shaanxi Normal University.Secondly,by combing the new performance of the four elements of school culture after the school's modernization transformation in the new century,this paper analyzes the inheritance and innovation of the four elements to the excellent school cultural quality,and on this basis,re interprets the development of the school cultural quality in the connotation and extension after the Transformation:"progressive"cultural quality occurs in the new era It gradually focuses on the following factors:conforming to the development of modern society,keeping up with the update of science and technology,and grasping the development of modern education.Through reorganization,arrangement and integration,new cultural elements focusing on enterprising exploration are derived,thus forming a closer internal relationship with "seeking";the cultural quality of "responsibility" also shows certain innovative features,constantly improving its own development and actively While undertaking the basic responsibility of our school's education,we should reorganize the existing cultural elements,break through the existing space and make the quality of "responsibility" change in function,and expand and derive new cultural elements,that is,to assist the basic education work in economically underdeveloped and underdeveloped areas as an important social responsibility.Thirdly,through the analysis of questionnaire survey,personal interview and other empirical research materials,this paper discusses the status quo of the school culture of the educators and the educated in the attached high school of Shaanxi Normal University.It is found that in the school education culture,both the educators and the educated have a high recognition of the school's orientation,concept and training objectives,and pay attention to the advanced concept of the school The basic positioning of running a school and running a school with scientific management generally agree that the school should take quality education as the center,cultivate students' sustainable development ability,and recognize the school's responsibility in promoting the development of regional education;in terms of teacher culture,educators and educatees hold a basic attitude towards teachers' professional ability and professional spirit,emphasize teaching ability and pay attention to lessons In the aspect of student culture,educators play an important role in the cultural guidance of the educated group.Under the influence of educators,especially teachers,the students generally agree that the school is on the top of students' cultivation In terms of management culture,both educators and educatees have higher requirements and expectations for school management group,which requires the management team not only to have advanced education ideological level,but also to have excellent schools Management ability emphasizes the characteristics of democracy and system in management system,and pays attention to the flexibility and humanity of system management.On the whole,the educators and the educated in the high school attached to Shaanxi Normal University hold an attitude of recognition towards the core part of school culture,namely "progress,seeking,pragmatism and responsibility".However,there are also some resistance factors,such as the teachers have a certain degree of job burnout and the contradiction of quality education,students and parents have unrealistic expectations of teachers.Fourth,Based on the case study of the Affiliated High School of Shaanxi Normal University,this paper discusses the universal process and general principles of the accumulation and inheritance of school cultural quality of famous historical schools from two aspects:the combination of diachronic dimension and synchronic dimension,and the extension of social dimension and generative dimension.Specifically,the quality of school culture focuses on the unity of diachronic and synchronic school culture.From the diachronic dimension,we can find out the basic reasons why famous historical schools can form school cultural quality in the profound dialogue between the text of school history and the background of modern education history;from the synchronic dimension,on the one hand,we can find the inheritance way of famous historical schools to school cultural quality in the integration of inheritance and innovation,on the other hand,we can find the inheritance way of school cultural quality in the main group of schools In the relationship of "re interpretation" and"re writing" of school culture,it is found that educators and educatees identify with the quality of school culture.The quality of school culture also shows the combination of sociality and generativity.From the social dimension,we can further clarify the social responsibility of famous historical schools under the balanced development of education in the dynamic relationship between the social orientation of schools and the will of the state and the expectation of the people;from the generative dimension,we can find the generative process of deconstruction and construction of school cultural quality in different school running environments in the cooperative symbiosis mechanism of famous historical schools,and then find the multiplication process of school cultural quality.
