As the birthplace of Confucian culture,Shandong is famous for its profound cultural heritage and distinctive characteristics.Under the background of cultural and tourism integration,this article deeply explores the resources of Shandong historical and cultural city,discusses the status quo,problems and causes of its cultural space construction,and then puts forward forward-looking and operable countermeasures and suggestions,so as to promote the in-depth interaction and integration between historical and cultural resources and tourism market in the cultural space of Shandong historical and cultural city,Expand cultural space production,transform historical and cultural resources into cultural capital,commit to the optimization of cultural space,form a complete cultural production chain of historical and cultural cities,so as to promote the industrial structure transformation and upgrading of historical and cultural cities and the rapid development of the economy and society.The article is divided into six chapters:Chapter one is the introduction.It firstly illustrates the research background and research significance,combing the relevant theories and concepts,and then it makes a research summary from three perspectives of urban culture,urban cultural space and historical and cultural city,finally,the research contents,research methods and technical route,as well as the research emphasis,difficulties and innovation points are presented..Cultural space of historical and cultural city is a typical comprehensive cultural space,a city is a complete cultural space.The cultural resources in this space are very unique,but there are some unreasonable places in the spatial layout.The over-development of historical and cultural cities leads to the lack of protection,which leads to the serious destruction of cultural resources.Cultural space is gradually squeezed,and its original cultural space needs to be adjusted,enriched and even rearranged.Therefore,the original cultural space of historical and cultural cities should be reasonably optimized,which is the focus of this articleChapter two talks about the types and attributes of urban cultural space.Based on the theory of urban cultural space,this chapter analyzes the types and attributes of urban cultural space,and classifies the urban cultural space into six space types:cultural base space,cultural performance space,cultural experience space,cultural identity space,cultural fabric space and cultural vitality space.As the carrier of urban culture,urban cultural industry,and realize the optimization and reorganization of cultural space of famous historical and cultural cities in Shandong.The conclusion part mainly discusses the significance and future
