Objective 1 To study the expression of arteriosclerosis index of plasma(AIP)in patients with mild,moderate and severe OS A group and the correlation between the severity of OSA and AIP;2 To study the expression of Lipoprotein B and Lipoprotein AI(ApoB/ApoAI)ratio in low,middle and severe OSA group and the correlation between the severity of OSA and ApoB/ApoAI ratio.3 To analyze the changes of AIP of OSA patients received CPAP treatment 1 month.Methods A retrospective research of 284 participants in the sleep center of NanFang Hospital was conducted between January 2014 and November 2018,Over night polysomnography(PSG)was performed to 284 patients with snoring,Based on the apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),these patients were divided into four groups:control group(n= 28),mild group(n=52),moderate group(n=53),and severe group(n=151).Demographic data,clinical history data,PSG parameters were recorded and blood was taken the next day for laboratory testing,including Blood Glucose,glucose tolerance test,insulin,blood lipids determination.And the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were measured in the morning of the next day.Results Triglyceride(TG),apoB/apoAI ratio,AIP,LDL-C/HDL-C ratio,and HDL-C/apoAI ratio were significantly higher in OSA group than those in control group(P<0.05).high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apoAI were significantly lower in OSA group than those in control group(P<0.05).Blood Glucose of 2 hours after Drinking Glucose,insulin resistance in OSA Group were significantly higher than those in Control Group.Morning Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure between OSA group and Control Group had statistical significance.The Pearson correlation analysis revealed that AIP(r=0.32,P<0.001)and apoB/apoAI ratio(r=0.24,P<0.001)were positively related to AHI.By multivariate linear regression analysis,we found that AHI was independently related to AIP(?=0.24,P=0.001),apoB/apoAI ratio(?=0.24,P<0.001).AIP decreased significantly after short-term CPAP treatment.Conclusions OSA severity was independently correlated with AIP and apoB/apoAI ratio.Our findings suggested that OSA severity can increased with the level of AIP and apoB/apoAI ratio,CPAP treatment reduces the value of AIP in OSA patients,and elevated blood lipids might be partly responsible for the high risk of CVDs in OSA.
