Objective:To study the relationship of the severity between the levels of ApoB/ApoAI, LDL-C/HDL-C and the pathological condition of coronary artery. In order to provide early clinical evidence for primary prevention of coronary heart disease. Methods:According to coronary angiography, four hundred and fifteen patients were selected(217 men and 198 women, mean age 55.22±7.63 years) and all the selected patients were measured the levels of plasma lipids including TC, TG, ApoAI, ApoB, LDL-C, HDL-C. All of them were devided into two groups.126 patients were non-CHD group(64 men and 62 women, mean age 54.54±7.99 years). Another group is CHD group, included 289 patients, which was further divided into three subgroups according to the number of diseased vessels:one diseased vessel group (n= 103,57men and 46 women, mean age 55.36±7.21 years), two diseased vessel group (n= 107,48men and 59 women, mean age 56.06±7.56 years), three diseased vessel group (n= 79,48men and 31 women, mean age 54.96±7.67 years). The conditions of case selection are: All adult patients, ranging from the time history of chest pain, CAG information is complete. All selected patients were collected fasting blood (4ml)in order to measure the levels of plasma lipids. Analyse the relationships of these plasma lipids factors, ApoB/ApoAI, LDL-C/HDL-C and the extent of coronary stenosis.Results:1 The serum lipids in CHD group compared with the control group:the levels of plasmaTC, TG, ApoB, LDL-C, ApoB/ApoAI, LDL-C/HDL-C were obviously increased and ApoAI, HDL-C reduced in CHD group than in control group.2 Comparisons in different groups: TC:three diseased vessel group were significantly higher than non-CHD group, one diseased vessel group and two diseased vessel group(P<0.01), Double-artery lesions group was significantly higher than non-CHD group and those of single-artery lesions group(P<0.05), among other groups was not significant (P>0.05). LDL-C:three diseased vessel group were significantly higher than non-CHD group and one diseased vessel group(P<0.01). Double-artery lesions group was significantly higher than non-CHD group and those of single-artery lesions group(P<0.05), among other groups was not significant (P>0.05). ApoB/ApoAI, LDL-C/HDL-C:the two lipid ratios of three diseased vessel group were significantly higher than non-CHD group and one diseased vessel group(P<0.01). Double-artery lesions group was significantly higher than non-CHD group and those of single-artery lesions group(P<0.05), one diseased vessel group was increased than non-CHD group (P<0.05), among other groups was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The levels of plasma TC, TG, ApoB, LDL-C, ApoB/ApoAI, LDL-C/HDL-C in CHD group are higher than the normal control group, ApoAI, HDL-C lower than the control group, TC, TG, ApoAI, ApoB, LDL-C, HDL-C are related to the pathogenesis of coronary artery disease. ApoB/ApoAI, LDL-C/HDL-C can reflect the lipid metabolism of coronary heart disease, and is closely related to the severity of coronary atherosclerosis. They may predict the pathological severity of coronary artery.
