A Comparative Study On The Academic Thoughts Of Zhang Zhongjing And Chen Yanzhi

Objective:Through a comprehensive and systematic horizontal comparison of Zhang Zhongjing's and Chen Yanzhi's academic thoughts,we can better show their respective theoretical characteristics.On the one hand,we can enrich the perspective of Zhongjing's academic research and improve Zhongjing's syndrome differentiation and treatment system;on the other hand,we can sort out Chen Yanzhi's academic thoughts and understand the medical characteristics of Wei,Jin,southern and Northern Dynasties.Methods:This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,theoretical discussion and comparative analysis.Zhang Zhongjing's works are based on treatise on febrile diseases,synopsis of golden chamber and xiaopinfang by Chen Yanzhi.Through the special topic discussion,the phenomenon,origin,mechanism and significance of the treatment of pathogenesis,syndrome,principle,method and prescription were systematically compared.Objective to explore the correlation and difference of TCM concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment ideas and methods in similar times.In addition,with the help of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform(2.5)to analyze the rules of prescription and medicine of the same diseases and syndromes in the two works,it can more intuitively reflect the clinical characteristics of the two.Results:1.From the perspective of TCM system,the combination of the theory of prescriptions and the differentiation and treatment of pulse syndrome are the main characteristics of the treatise on Febrile Diseases;the basis of Zhongjing's differentiation and treatment system is to examine and seek for reasons to express evil Qi,and also the advantages of its inheritance.The main characteristics of the "small prescription" are to emphasize the theory of "Fang" and "to be good at using small,convenient and practical Prescriptions".Chen Yanzhi's etiological thought can solve many historical problems such as "cold and warm dispute" and "subduing Qi and warming disease".2.From the perspective of the clinical syndrome and treatment system,Zhongjing created the treatment system of three yin and three Yang according to the position and time as the purpose in the treatment of exogenous diseases;Chen took time as the main principle and the position as the target to follow the differentiation and treatment system of "shallow and deep day by day".Zhongjing's theoretical system is more practical and inclusive than Chen's.In the treatment of internal injury and miscellaneous diseases,they have more common features.Zhongjing opens the first river of the differentiation and treatment of viscera,and establishes the treatment rules of many diseases;Chen Yanzhi further refined the treatment thought of Zhongjing,expanded the types of syndrome treatment of some diseases and promoted the doctors' systematic understanding of diseases.3.From the perspective of edition,there are many scattered articles in the spreading process of zhongjingzhi book.Chen Yanzhi has included the effective method of Zhongjing,which increases the damage in clinical practice.It is of great significance to supplement the deficiency of the current works of Zhongjing in xiaopinfang.Conclusion:1.Integrity and innovation are the key to the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.Both Zhong Jing and Chen Yanzhi,with the attitude of seeking truth and pragmatism and the spirit of casting a hundred schools,study the prescriptions and find the detailed classics,adhere to the integrity of "thinking for the purpose of the classics",and constantly "perform what they know" innovation.2.Zhongjing's syndrome differentiation and treatment system of typhoid fever had little influence on xiaopinfang,and had not yet become the criterion of typhoid fever treatment in the Wei,Jin,southern and Northern Dynasties;Zhongjing's thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases had a great influence on Chen Yanzhi,and Chen's supplemented and developed Zhongjing's deficiency.3.Xiaopinfang first broke the monopoly of exogenous febrile disease on exogenous febrile disease,paid special attention to the etiology of febrile disease,created many prescriptions to clear away bitter cold,and broke the barrier of treating febrile disease with pungent and warm taste,which has important reference significance for the development of later febrile disease theory.4.While paying attention to the study of classic works,we should also make extensive references from the perspective of the history of diseases,collect and collect public opinions,and improve the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment in classic works.
