| The Purpose and SignificanceProfessor Liu Duzhou is a great master of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.He has a unique understanding of the classical prescription.He was very skilled in using Chaihu Decoction in clinic,and is good at syndrome differentiation and treatment of liver and gallbladder disease,and has rich academic experience in regulating liver and treating liver.Professor Wang qingguo and Professor Zhang xueliang became Professor Liu Duzhou's students at the same time.They inherited the essence of Professor Liu's academic thought of liver regulation,and accumulated their own special diagnosis and treatment experience in clinical practice for many years.Based on the literature research and data mining technology,the academic thoughts of Professor Liu and two disciples on liver regulation were summarized,the rules of clinical liver regulation and liver treatment were explored,and the characteristics of their prescriptions were discussed.The rules of prescription of liver regulation could be quantitatively analyzed,and the valuable academic experience of famous old doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine was summarized,which could provide valuable ideas and methods for clinical liver regulation and liver treatment.Through the research on the inheritance between teachers and apprentices and the academic comparison between the two disciples,we can find the traces of the academic heritage of traditional Chinese medicine doctors.To explore the development and innovation of apprenticeship in the same academic inheritance mining environment,we can get the reflection and Inspiration on the academic inheritance methods of traditional Chinese medicine and the cultivation methods of TCM students.Research MethodIn the academic thought research of liver regulating method by Professor Liu Duzhou and two disciples,the main research is on the literature.By collecting and sorting out the academic works of Professor Liu and his two disciples on regulating liver and treating liver,academic articles and periodical articles published by students and other disciples to report Liu Lao and his two disciples' theory and clinical experience of liver regulation,the contents of the academic thoughts of liver regulating could be found,sorted out,evaluated and studied.In the study of the prescription rules of liver regulating prescription of Professor Liu's two disciples,the cases in the same period from January 2018 to January 2021 were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the prescription for liver regulating was extracted to form a database.Based on the "Auxiliary Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance",the rules of prescription for liver regulation in database were excavated,the basic prescription was extracted and the frequency of drug use was analyzed.Based on the association rules and entropy clustering,the prescription rules was analyzed,the core drug combination was obtained and the new independent prescription was found out.Research FindingsProfessor Liu Duzhou has a lot of works on regulating liver and treating liver.Professor Liu treated the syndrome differentiation of liver disease,taking Qi and blood as the main principle,paying attention to the pathogenesis of liver depression,and using prescription with conducting and dispersing effect.Professor Liu is good at using classical Chaihu Decoction,such as Xiaochaihu Decoction,Dachaihu Decoction,Chaihuguizhi Decoction,Chaihuguizhiganjiang Decoction.On the basis of Chaihu Decoction,he has created many new prescriptions,such as Chaihujiedu Decoction and Chaihuhuoluo decoction,which is directed against dampness-heat of the liver,and flexibly created derivative prescription according to the severity of disease and pathogenesis evolution.Professor Wang Qingguo attached importance to the theory of "The liver stores blood and dominates the conducting and dispersing ",and was good at regulating liver with Classical Decoction,especially Chaihu Decoction.Professor Wang was skilled at adding and reducing the prescription Classical Decoction and the application of combined prescription,who also summarized the experience medicine pairs of regulating qi and resolving hard lump.Professor Zhang Xueliang proposed that" Qi depression is important pathogenesis of Shaoyang ",and paid attention to the adjustment of patients' emotion.He was good at using Sini Decoction,Chaihushugan Decoction,huagan Decoction and other variety prescriptions.In the study of the prescription rules of regulating liver by Professor wangqingguo,201 prescriptions for regulating liver were included.The drugs used in high frequency include Chaihu,Huangqin,Baishao,Zhigancao and Fabanxia.In the analysis of prescription rules,based on the association rules,the drug combination frequency is higher,including " Chaihu,Huangqin ","Chaihu,Baishao "," Chaihu,Zhigancao”," Chaihu,Fabanxia"," Huangqin,Zhigancao”,the highest association rules among drugs was "Huangqin,Guizhi? Chaihu",with a confidence of 1;in the analysis of prescription composition law based on entropy clustering of complex system,202 drug combinations with 2 flavors and 23 drug combinations of 3-flavor drugs are evolved when the correlation degree is 4 and punishment degree is 2;based on the core combination extraction,the unsupervised entropy level is used The cluster algorithm extracts and combines 7 core combinations of 3-4 drugs,and eight new prescriptions are obtained in the new prescription analysis based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.In the study of the prescription rules of regulating liver by Professor Zhangxueliang,204 prescriptions for regulating liver were included.The drugs used at high frequency were Chaihu,Chenpi,Baishao,Yujin and Zhebeimu.In the analysis of prescription rules,based on the association rules,the drug combination appeared frequently in "Chenpi,Baishao","Chenpi,Chaihu","Baishao,Chaihu ","Huangqin,Chaihu","Hehuanpi,Yuanzhi",the highest association rules among drugs was "Yuanzhi,FuShen? Hehuanpi",with a confidence of 0.981;in the analysis of prescription composition law based on entropy clustering of complex systems,when the correlation degree is 8 and punishment is 4,122 drug combinations of 2-flavor drugs,49 drug combinations of 3-flavor drugs,28 drug combinations of 4-flavor drugs,1 combination of 5-flavor drugs and 6-taste drugs Based on the core combination extraction,8 core combinations of 3-4 drugs were obtained by using unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm;eight new prescriptions were obtained in the new prescription analysis based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.A comparative study of the academic heritage of Professor Liu's two disciples shows that they both inherited the academic thought of Professor Liu's theory of Qi,emphasized the physiological functions of liver governing regulating and the pathological changes of Qi's stagnation as the main pathogenesis.They regulated liver mostly by reconciliation,and made good use of the classical prescription,especially the Chaihu Decoction.Their academic experience of liver regulating method also reflected the inheritance trace of Professor Liu's academic thought of "the theory of prescription syndrome relativity" and "the theory of integration of ancient and modern times".Professor Wang Qingguo paid more attention to invigorating qi and blood in the use of liver regulating prescription,while Professor Zhang Xueliang chose the drugs with the function of dispersing.Conclusion and SignificanceBlood collection and Qi dispersal were important physiological functions of liver.Stagnation of liver's Qi was the basic pathogenesis of liver disease.Depression of liver 's Qi was easy to turn fire,wet and blood stasis for a long time.Professor Liu Duzhou treated the syndrome differentiation of liver disease,taking Qi and blood as the main principle,paying attention to the pathogenesis of liver depression,and using the prescription with the function of dispersing.Professor Liu has developed a clear academic thought of regulating liver and promoting Zhang Zhongjing's theory,tracing the way of Qi Huang,collecting advantages and learning rich.Professor Wang Qingguo and Professor Zhang Xueliang had similarities in inheriting Professor Liu's academic thoughts on liver,and they also have their own unique innovation.The same academic inheritance environment could affect the TCM Students' dialectical thinking and the application of clinical diagnosis and treatment methods.The acquired self-study experience,working environment and experience accumulation of clinical diagnosis would have an impact on the diagnosis and treatment thinking and academic thought of TCM doctors.In the work of Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance,we should not only attach importance to the key role of college education,but also realize the importance of continuing education,work platform and their own experience accumulation for the growth of TCM doctors.The auxiliary system has multiple functions such as prescription input,management and analysis of data involved,which was helpful to the research of the rules of traditional Chinese medicine and the exploration of new prescriptions.It was scientific and practical to analyze the rule of clinical experience medication by using unsupervised data mining technology.The core drug combinations and new prescriptions could help disseminating the academic thoughts and clinical experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners,and provide reference and reference for the application of liver regulating method in clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
