in modern society's work lifestyle.From this and bring about the body load to increase and think excessively and cause all sorts of undesirable psychological condition.These can cause damp evil gather inside ofthe body and therefore can attract exogenous damp.Shanghan Lun as the first clinical work on exogenous febrile diseases,There are also a lot of discussion about the differentiation and compare the syndromes of dampness,comparative study on pathogenesis of wet disease and its treatment and prescription in Shanghan Lun and Wenbing Tiaobian.In order to explore the similarities and differences between the two ideas and methods.Therefore,the basic laws and problems to be paid attention to in the understanding and treatment of wetness in the treatment of wetness are obtained.It is hoped that it can provide some reference for clinic.Methods1.Literature collation: including literature search related to wet disease,data collection,collation and compilation,etc,to form reference standards and classification standards for wet disease research.2.Classic comb: Through the article of Shanghan Lun and Wenbing Tiaobian and the prescriptions used are analyzed and sorted out one by one.The common syndrome types of wet disease were summarized.3.Comparative study: The wet diseases in the two books were classified by location.To compare the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases.A related wet disease.A total of 18 descriptions of the most closely related disease name or disease syndrome in Shanghan Lun were obtained.However,there are 15 disease names or disease syndromes in Wenbing Tiaobian that are closely related to wet diseases.2.Fifty prescriptions of wet diseases in Shanghan Lun were summarized,among which rheumatic syndromes accounted for 24%,cold and wet syndromes accounted for 36%,and damp and heat syndromes accounted for 40%.A total of104 prescriptions of wet diseases in the book were sorted out,with rheumaticsyndromes accounting for 9%,cold and wet syndromes for 34%,and damp and heat syndromes for 57%.(1)The rheumatism syndrome described in Shanghan Lun focuses on wind-dampness-chilling syndromes,while Wenbing Tiaobian not only inherits zhong jing's wind-dampness-chilling syndromes,but also extensively develops many syndromes of rheumatism fever.(2)The cold-dampness syndromes described in Shanghan Lun are mostly endogenous dampness and cold caused by the damage of Yang qi or the wrong treatment,while the cold-dampness syndromes described in Wenbing Tiaobian are mostly caused by external sensation and internal phenomenon.(3)The dampness and heat syndromes discussed in Shanghan Lun are usually caused by the heat caused by lingering dampness and evil,while the dampness and heat syndromes discussed in Wenbing Tiaobian are mostly caused by internal and external sense.3.The location of the wet disease mentioned in Shanghan Lun is mainly the spleen and stomach of middle burner,and then the heart and kidney system of middle burner.The pathogenesis is mainly the transport disorder of the spleen and stomach of middle burner,which causes dampness to stay in the viscera and all parts of the body,and even affects the heart and kidney system.However in Wenbing Tiaobian the location of the disease is mainly spleen,stomach and lung.the disease place is centered with the spleen,stomach,lung,even though heart and kidney system are involved.The pathogenesis is mainly zang-fu organs or channels and collaterals trapped by dampness,and causes wet turbidities stop to gather the body.(1)In Shanghan Lun,the upper energizer wet disease is mainly centered on the cardiopulmonary system,often involving the surface of the muscle meridians to be affected by evil,mostly for the heart Yang damage,lung loss and out of balance;In Wenbing Tiaobian the wet disease of the upper energizer is given priority to with lungguard system,Long loss of treatment often leads to pericardial involvement.(2)In Shanghan Lun,middle burner wet disease mainly include spleen and stomach system,including liver,gallbladder and intestines.In Wenbing Tiaobian,the middle energizer wet disease also centers on spleen and stomach,but is often related to upper energizer lung system.(3)In Shanghan Lun,low energizer wet disease focuses on the liver andkidney system,including the large intestine,kidney and bladder;in Wenbing Tiaobian the wet disease of the lower coke also takes the liver and kidney system as the core,then the disease site involves the kidney and bladder,large intestine and so on,at the same time is closely related to the upper and middle burner.4.The treatment of wet-related diseases in Shanghan Lun and Wenbing Tiaobian can be divided into three aspects: dispelling pathogenic factors and dehumidification,dispelling pathogenic factors and helping vital qi.(1)According to Shanghan Lun,the main methods to treat wet diseases by dispelling evil spirits about 38% of the proportion,include the methods of promoting lung and clearing up Yang to induce perspiration,inducing vomiting,attacking and clearing heat and dehumidification;The clearing damp method about 49.1% of the proportion in Wenbing Tiaobian includes releasing Tiaobian.(1)In Shanghan Lun,medium temperature drugs account for 39%,cold drugs for 29%,plain drugs for 21%,hot drugs for 10%,and cold drugs for 1%.In Wenbing Tiaobian,the mediumtemperature,cold,normal,heat and coolness of the treatment drugs accounted for 44.52%,28.08%,16.27%,7.36% and 3.77%.(2)In Shanghan Lun,the main therapeutic drugs for wet diseases are sweet,bitter and spicy,accounting for 39.34%,26.89% and 26.56% respectively.In Wenbing Tiaobian,pungent,sweet and bitter drugs were the main treatment drugs for wet diseases,accounting for 32.28%,30.54% and 29.60% respectively.(3)The spleen,lung,stomach,heart,kidney and other meridians with high frequency of the use of normalized drugs in Shanghan Lun,while the spleen,stomach,lung,heart,kidney and other meridians with high frequency of the use of normalized drugs in Wenbing Tiaobian.ConclusionIn this paper,the relevant articles and formulas about wet diseases in Shanghan Lun and Wenbing Tiaobian were sorted out,and a comparative analysis was conducted from the perspective of the related syndrome types of wet diseases.It was found that the descriptions of damp pathogens in both articles contained two aspects: pathogenic factors and pathological products.Of course,both of them are usually related to each other.They are the whole and cannot be completely separated.However,Shanghan Lun tends to elaborate on the internal disease syndrome of dampness,while Wenbing Tiaobian focuses on the interaction between exogenous and endogenous.In Shanghan Lun,the spleen system of the foundation of acquired constitution and the kidney system of congenital foundation are the center after the wet disease position,which further involves other viscera and meridians,and the main pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen and kidney.The location of wet disease described in Wenbing Tiaobian is centered on the middle burner spleen and stomach,and is closely related to the upper burner and the lower burner.The main pathogenesis is liver and spleen ascending and clearing disorder,lung and stomach descending dereliction of duty.In Shanghan Lun,the treatment of wet diseases centers on the heart and kidney system,and never forgets to care for the qi of spleen and stomach.The treatment of wet disease in Wenbing Tiaobian is centered on regulating the rise and fall of spleen and stomach,while paying attention to expedite upper burner and lower burner.And in Shanghan Lun,the formulas used for wet diseases are mainly from the perspective of regulating the functions of viscera organs.However,in Wenbing Tiaobian,on the basis of the overall understanding of wet diseases and syndromes,the relevant drugs of wetting and removing humid are widely used in the prescription.By summarizing the syndromes of wet sickness in two books,it can be seen that it is closely related to zang-fu organs.Among them,rheumatic syndrome mainly involves the viscera including Lung-wei,lung-spleen,liver-spleen,liver-kidney system.The cold and wet syndromes include Lung-wei,spleen-stomach,spleen-kidney,liver-spleen,liver-kidney systems.The damp-heat syndrome is divided into lung-wei,spleen-stomach,liver-gallbladder,spleen-kidney,liver-kidney systems.
