Research On The Education Of Core Values For Chinese Medical Students In The New Era

"It is vital to cultivate the values in the period of formation and establishment of youth values when the value orientation of youth determines the value orientation of the whole society in the future." As the builders and successors of national medical and health undertakings in the future,medical students will shoulder heavy responsibilities for people's life and health,therefore core values educationfor medical students is of specialsignificance.Especially at the beginning of this year,in the face of the aggressive "coronavirus pneumonia" epidemic,and in the critical moment of the country,the vast number of medical workers have chosen to fight in front line of epidemic control despite great risks,which is the manifestation of core values,and further highlights the importance of core values education for medical students.Based on the main line of core values education for medical students,this paper analyzes the ideological and theoretical basis and the realistic circumstancesin the new era,clarifiesthe basic framework of core values education for medical students.On the basis of current situation of core values education for medical students in China,the optimization,innovation and reference are discussed,and the specific implementation path to enhance the effectiveness of education is demonstrated systematically in this paper.In Chapter One,it describes the theoretical basis and ideological resources of the core values education for Chinese medical students in the new era,defines the basic connotation,and analyzes the logical basis of core values education for medical students.It also discusses the theoretical basis of medical students' core values education in the light of the ideological significance and value purpose of Marxist value theory,as well as the inheritance and development of Marxist values by the Communist Party of China.As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine culture and its core values are expounded,analyze the scientific spirit of modern medicine,and the ideological resources of core values education for medical students are explored in this chapter.The current situation of core values education for Chinese medical students is analyzed in Chapter Two.First of all,it expounds the spiritual environment from the perspective of the growing needs of people's good spiritual life in the new era,then discusses the influence of multicultural development on medical students' core values.At last,it analyzes the current situation and enlightenment of core values education for college students in developed countries.This paper summarizes the theoretical framework of core values education forChinese medical students in the new era in the Chapter Three.On the basis of explaining the content structure from the two levels of leading content and basic content,this paper clarifies the goal orientation of the core values education formedical students,and expounds the four aspects of the ideal and belief goal,the value identification goal,the moral requirement goal and the talent cultivation goal respectively,and analyzes the basic principles that should be followed in the core values education for Chinese medical students.In Chapter Four,it makes an empirical study on the current situation of core values education for medical students in China.Through investigation,this paper grasps the basic situation of the core values education forChinese medical students,summarizes the effective practices and main achievements in the practice of education,analyzes the deviation,the problems and difficulties in the current education of the core values for medical students,and examines and analyzes the root causes of the problems at the micro,meso and macro levels.In Chapter Five,this paper discusses the approach of core values education for Chinese medical students in the new era,and systematically demonstrates the holistic innovation and development of education methods.Adhering to the principle of combining optimization,innovation and reference,this paper makes a concrete analysis of the optimization ways of conventional methods,such as theoretical indoctrination,practical cultivation and example demonstration.Based on the three dimensions of line,area and volume,this paper expounds the trend of innovation in the education of core values for Chinese medical students in the new era,and probes into the macro methods,specific methods and emerging methods worthy of reference for the humanistic education of foreign medical students.The choice of path to core values education for Chinese medical students in the new era is discussed in Chapter Six.This paper analyzes and expounds the concrete implementation path of strengthening the education of medical students' core values from the five aspects of strengthening and improving the ideological and political theory course,strengthening the traditional cultural foundation,highlighting the education of life values,strengthening the self-education of medical students,taking the "Youth MarxistsTraining Project" as the traction cohesion of education.
