Objective:Study the Clinical law about Zhang Zhongjing's harmonizing yingwei therapy based on data mining and theoretical research,to guide medical workers to use this therapy in clinical practice.Methods:(1)According to the relative standard and selection princip les to select records.Then input these information into Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet to establish a database.Using statistical software ana lysis these information to conclude its law of treating diseases,sympto ms,usages,prescriptions and characteristics of medication.(2)Combination of manual searching and electronic searching to combi ng ancient and modern related literature.Results:(1)Data mining resultsTo get the results of the ancient consilia's law of harmonizing yin gwei therapy of treating diseases,usages,prescriptions and characteristic s of medication.Screening five common diseases,four common prescriptions and forty-two common medicine.Further statistics for common prescription s about treatment of diseases and drug addition and subtraction character istics,for common diseases about the prescriptions,usages and medicatio n rules.To get the results of the modern consilia's law of harmonizing yingwei therapy of treating diseases,usages,symptoms,prescriptions and ch aracteristics of medication.Screening four common diseases,twenty-seven c ore symptoms,five common prescriptions and thirty-three common medicine.F urther statistics for common prescriptions about treatment of disease,sy mptoms and drug addition and subtraction characteristics common prescript ions,for common diseases about the symptoms,prescriptionss,usage and me dication rules common diseases.(2)Theoretical research achievementsSorts out the ancient and modern consilias and summarizes the theori es of yingwei disharmony about its concepts and classifications based on the combination of theoretical research and data mining.Sorts out the the ory of harmonizing yingwei therapy about its historical origin based on 1 iterature research.Discusses the relationgship between eight therapeutic methods and the harmonizing yingwei therapy,summarizes the concepts and classifications about the harmonizing yingwei therapy,and summarizes Zh ongjing's relative prescriptions based on the combination of theoretical research and data mining.Put forward the concept in regard to methods an d applications of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of ying wei on the basis of theoretical research and data mining.Theory of govern ance by yingwei guides harmonizing yingwei therapy to be properly used in clinical practice.Conclusion:This study combines data mining with theoretical research of harmonizing yingwei therapy.The data mining results provide strong s upport for the theoretical research.The combination of theoretical resea rch and data mining offers more scientific guidance to guide harmonizing yingwei therapyis to be precisely used in clinical practice.
