ObjectiveJingShenYangSheng is one of the Traditional Chinese life Cultivation methods,and throughout the life Cultivation all the time,is an important organic component of Traditional Chinese life Cultivation activities.How to realize people's health needs in many aspects,such as mental health and moral health,is a multi-dimensional problem involving social culture at the macro level and individual mind and body adjustment at the micro level.The profound philosophical wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and the Chinese people's thousands of years of life Cultivation ideas and practical experience provide the possibility for creative solutions to such a huge health needs.The purpose of this study is to put forward the understanding and proposition of Traditional Chinese life Cultivation through the literature,theory,case and strategy research on JingShenYangSheng,which actually involves a wide range of health requirements,and to explore the significance and value realization of JingShenYangSheng in modern society.llethodsResearch methods are also philosophical,spiritual and psychological.There is a lack of systematic research on spiritual independence,which is believed by scholars of traditional Chinese medicine as "due to the concealmentThe characteristics of "DaoXue" and "insight" methods are,first of all,realm orientation.Realm conception is lofty,can "whole" "consider comprehensive".By referring to the existing thinking methods such as holism,introspection and creative interpretation,these thinking methods inherit the traditional Chinese culture and "DaoXue",both in terms of their historical origins and ideological core.Paper also uses literature research,case studies,questionnaire,comparative study and other methods,to present "the concept of multilayer and holistic care fully.The specific steps are as follows:firstly,the relationship between JingShenYangSheng and DaoXue is discussed,then the literature is searched and sorted out in the Chinese and English databases with spiritual health,psychological health,emotional health and mental cultivation as the keywords,and the traditional wisdom of spiritual health is explained on this basis.Based on the insights obtained from the interpretation,the author first investigates at the macro level and the social level to complete the theoretical exploration.Finally,through the spiritual health related practice to experience and investigate,and make evaluation and Suggestions,ResultsAt the cultural level,based on the traditional culture,it displays the inner system of spiritual health with the interpretation ability of "DaoXue",and clarifies the "Dao" and "Shu" of JingShenYangSheng,so as to have an understanding of the true nature of JingShenYangSheng.And the study of DaoXue,the basic method,and the JingShenYangSheng of this research object,blend together,displays a form of cultural consciousness.At the individual level,through the observation of traditional culture(DaoXue),the individual has a look down on the appearance of JingShenYangSheng and a mental map of how to maintain JingShenYangSheng in an overview without losing details,which helps the individual to find a feasible,necessary and enjoyable way of practice in the dilemma between the limited life and the urgent pace of lifestyle.ConelusionThis study starts a new consciousness of JingShenYangSheng,interprets JingShenYangSheng on the basis of the greatest cultural confidence and theoretical autonomy,and observes JingShenYangSheng in the realm of "keeping the spirit within" and "keep the noumenon of life solitary" that JingShenYangSheng pursues.There are mainly the following innovations:1.In terms of research methods,the holistic,self-ontological and introspective methods are creatively applied in the study of life Cultivation to reflect the insight of DaoXue;From the analytical and reductive research paradigm to the DaoXue,holistic and insight methods;From the interpretation of the west interpretation to their own interpretation,to the interpretation of cultural consciousness.The inclusion of relevant modern health theories,methods and technologies into
