Chief physician QiyongZhu who is serving at Jiangsu Province and Western Medicine Hospital,is also selected as of professor,doctoral supervisor of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.His grandfather named Hengzhi Zhu was a famous Chinese physician in Taixing,while his father Xiufeng Zhu was the winner of the State Council special allowance and the instructor of TCM inheritance work in China.He hardly learned and inherited their experiences system atically.Prof.Zhu has been engaged in clinical treatment for nearly 40 years with rich learning and experience on diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases,such as asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary heart disease,pulmonary fibrosis.Academic Experience Professor Zhu was accepted family discipline at an early age.He was familiar with TCM classic book,and systematically experienced in modern medical education.He is adept in clinical diagnosis,good at summing up,encourage to innovating.He is strict with attitude of pursuing his studies,and has deeply academic accomplishments and extensive clinical experience.He has been advocating emphasize both the west and the east.He is not only the Chinese academic heritage,but he is also the academic director inheritance,carrying forward traditional Chinese medicine for making its own efforts.His academic thought is that the TCM treatment should be under the guidance of TCM theory,mainly in the following areas:The concept of wholism is the theoretical basis of TCM;Syndrome differentiation and treatment is a fundamental principle in clinical activities;Syndrome differentiation in TCM and disease differentiation in Modern Medicine should be combined;Focusing on the important role in "Preventive Treatment" of Disease of lung diseases.He has been proposing that the treatment of chronic lung disease should be periodically staged,and replenishing Qi of lung and kidney is important in disease-free period.He has also been proposing that treatment from the perspective of toxin,for example,anti-toxic and benefit pharyngeal was used in post infection cough(PIC).Clinical Research:Object:To indicaded that Feishu particles can improve the patients condition by impoving the lung function and the immune function on Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in patients with lung-kidney deficiency.Methods:Select 60 patients from Jiangsu Province and Western Medicine Hospital of respiratory medicine clinics.Conform the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Period ofstability,and lung-kidney deficiency syndromes.Patients were divided into treatment group and control group,using the randomized,controlled methods.We use combination therapy to trezt COPD,basis of conventional Western medicine.The treatment group received Feishu granule formulation,and the control group received Jinshuibao capsule,medication 3 months,record safety indicators before and after treatment,and TCM syndrome score.Detected cytokine interleukin concentration of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,IL17,TNF-?,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,and the lung function in patients with COPD.Results:Two groups was not statistically significant on serum inflammatory cytokines,T lymphocyte subsets,lung function and symptom score difference before treatment(P>0.05).It had significantly differences on the two groups of serum inflammatory cytokines,and T lymphocyte subsets between before ahd after treatment notablely change(P<0.05).Treatment group change is more obvious,and differences between the two groups were Significant(P<0.05).comparing between before and after treatment,there both had some improvements in lung function in two groups of patients,differences had statistically significant(P<0.05).But there were not statistically significant change in lung function between control group and treatment group(P>0.05).The two groups sharply reduced symptom scores compared with before and after treatment,enormous difference between groups(P<0.05).The change of points on TCM the treatment group than the control group,P<0.05.The total efficiency of treatment group is 29 cases(96.67%),and the total efficiency of control group is 27 cases(90.00%),comparison between treatment group and control group,P<0.05.No adverse events.Conclusions:Feishu formulation particles are selected from refining,Compatibility reasonable.Core key is Supplementary lung and kidney,strengthen the heart.Blood circulation and reduce cough to improve symptoms.Selecte the astragalus,epimedium,morinda,salvia,red peony,combining with Western medicine,it may inhibit the expression of inflammatory cytokines,and improve cellular immune function,to improve the clinical manifestations COPD,and increase lung function,thereby reducing disease activity.And effective and safe.
