The asset light development of logistics enterprises requires that the logistics network should be highly flexible,collaborative and lean.As an important form of logistics network,huband-spoke network should establish a good competition and cooperation relationship between networks according to the requirements of market development.Hub-and-spoke network can explore the cooperation mode between hub-and-spoke networks and develop new logistics functions and modes with the help of new network forms and advanced management modes.Hub facility location is the core of hub-and-spoke network design,and the distribution of spokes to customers is an important part of transportation in hub-and-spoke network.Therefore,the dual hub-and-spoke cooperation focuses on the hub sharing and spoke node joint distribution of the two networks,so as to reduce the idle or repeated construction of hub facilities and promote the efficient cooperation of different networks in terminal distribution and transportation.The research on logistics network cooperation mostly focuses on the qualitative research of benefit distribution,policy mechanism and so on.Based on the horizontal alliance between networks,this paper studies the dual hub-and-spoke networks cooperation by using the optimization method,and the network construction stage and transportation operation stage are optimized of the networks in cooperation,and then the network evolution law is analyzed by computational experiments.The paper carried out the following research:The first part,research on application scenarios and implementation methods of dual huband-spoke networks cooperation.Firstly,it expounds the logistics network cooperation theory and general cooperation mode.Next,it analyzes the application scenario of dual hub-and-spoke networks cooperation.Finally,it analyzes the realization mode,relationship and function of hub sharing and joint distribution in dual hub-and-spoke networks cooperation.The second part,dual hub-and-spoke networks cooperation considering stock hub sharing.There are two hub sharing modes in dual hub-and-spoke networks cooperation,this is the first mode.Only one network is planned and constructed,and it adopts the cooperation mode of combining the internal hub sharing of the network and the external stock hub sharing of the network.The purpose is to make full use of the hub resources inside and outside the network and improve the network reliability.Firstly,a mixed integer linear programming model is established and solved by a mathematical solver,and then a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.Secondly,using the network data of two domestic third-party logistics companies,the sensitivity of different parameters is analyzed,and the solution effects of mixed integer linear programming and genetic algorithm are compared and demonstrated.Finally,the effects before and after network optimization are compared and the application case is analyzed.The results show that the construction cost of the network is reduced,a certain cooperation cost is generated,and the network structure is optimized and adjusted.The third part,dual hub-and-spoke networks cooperation based on new hub sharing,this is the second mode.There are two proposed hub-and-spoke networks,one network selects a shared hub from the other for each hub in its own network.The shared hub only comes from the external network and is a new hub.The two networks can use the shared hub together,and the shared hub undertakes part of the distribution flow of the other network.Firstly,the mixed integer programming model is used to describe the problem.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the problem,multi-layer coding genetic algorithm and multi-gravity method are designed to solve it.Finally,the parameter sensitivity analysis and performance comparison of the two algorithms are carried out.Compared with the network before optimization and combined with case analysis,the research method proposed in this paper constructs the structure of two networks at the same time.One network reduces the repeated construction of the hub,the other network reduces the idle hub resources,and improves the cooperation ability of the two networksThe fourth part,joint distribution design of hub-and-spoke network spokes.Firstly,the multidepot vehicle routing problem in joint distribution is analyzed,and a greedy algorithm is designed to solve it.Secondly,the multi-depot problem is transformed into a vehicle routing problem with only one central depot,which reduces the complexity of the problem.Branch and Bound algorithm and priority based genetic algorithm are designed respectively.Finally,the results of different heuristic algorithms and solving ideas are compared.The joint distribution of spoke nodes undertakes the end delivery task after the network construction,and connects the two networks.The case analysis shows that compared with decentralized transportation,joint distribution integrates the transportation resources in terminal distribution and reduces the transportation cost.Hub sharing and spoke joint distribution connect the two hub-and-spoke networks through resource sharing,which promotes the cooperation between competitive networks.The hub-andspoke network in cooperation is different from the original network structure and operation mode,and the network is reconstructed and combined.The dual hub-and-spoke networks cooperation makes the optimization research of hub-and-spoke network rise to the level of large logistics network,rather than limited to the optimization of the internal structure of the network,and promotes the evolution and formation of composite hub-and-spoke network.It improves the integration ability and emergency ability of the logistics network,helps to establish an open and integrated logistics system,coordinates the operation control of the whole logistics process,and improves the operation efficiency of the overall logistics system.
