| The rapid development of the mobile internet has had a great impact on my country’s production and operation, consumer payment and business circulation models.Due to the individual needs of customers relying on mobile Internet e-commerce,my country’s less-thantruckload freight model has also changed.Adapting to the short-cycle requirements of mobile Internet e-commerce docking, the demand for less-than-truckload freight is required to be more fragmented, which has brought problems such as high cost and low efficiency to the less-thantruckload freight industry. But at the same time, the upgrading of industrial structure requires all industries to give full play to their advantages,so that the industry will turn to a more intensive,large-scale,integrated and efficient development direction.Based on the research on the development status of my country’s current less-than-truckload freight industry and the construction of the existing less-than-truckload freight cooperation platform, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the competition and cooperation behavior of less-than-truckload freight enterprises. The evolution trend of competition and cooperation among less-thantruckload freight companies and the method of benefit distribution are studied. The main research content, methods and conclusions of this paper are as follows.First of all,the paper summarizes the relevant theories and practices of domestic and foreign LTL freight joint distribution, and on this basis, puts forward the research content and research framework of the paper, sorts out the main influencing factors of the competition and cooperation among LTL freight companies, and analyzes the LTL freight The game relationship between enterprises in competition and cooperation and the principle of profit distribution after cooperation will lay a theoretical foundation for follow-up research.Secondly, under the background that the government and the less-than-truckload transportation companies participate in the less-than-truckload freight cooperation platform, the evolutionary game theory is used to explore the mechanism of the government’s guiding behavior and the willingness to compete and cooperate between the less-than-truckload freight companies. The joint distribution mode caused by the choice of cooperative behavior between enterprises, the analysis of the stability conditions and evolution path of the three parties for the selection of joint distribution, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis results are verified through numerical simulation, and the competition and cooperation behavior of less-than-truckload freight companies is analyzed. The relationship between various influencing factors in the process. Finally, through the analysis of the relationship between the factors that affect the joint distribution model obtained by the evolutionary game model,it is found that the distribution of benefits is an important factor that affects the cooperation of less-than-truckload freight companies and the operation of joint distribution alliances.Introduce four correction factors of resource input, risk index, business volume and environmental benefit, construct a revised comprehensive factor profit distribution model, make the profit distribution plan of each member in the less-than-truckload freight enterprise cooperation alliance more fair and reasonable, and conduct numerical simulation to verify the model’s feasibility. The research results show that the promotion factors of choosing cooperation, while the cost input and risk are the hindrances of cooperation. The asymmetry of the game among lessthan-truckload logistics enterprises determines that profit allocation should consider the contribution of enterprises in the alliance. The amount of resource input, risk index, and business volume are positively correlated with the correction of profit allocation, and negatively correlated with environmental benefits. Therefore, this paper aims to promote the development of less-than-truckload freight companies in the direction of collaboration and cooperation,so as to maximize the benefits of individuals and alliances. |
