| Manufacturing is the foundation of countries to be strong and rich.China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry shoulders the important mission of transforming the national strategy from "manufacturing power" to "manufacturing power".The completion of the missions of high-end equipment depends on strong technological innovation capabilities.At the same time,technological innovation must also have clear engineering and industrialization requirement goals.Traditional equipment requirement analysis usually starts from the equipment’s mission,while user’s demands are obtained by mission analysis,the development trend of the related technology is only a supplement to the functional demand.This kind of development mode of "heavy mission demand,light independent innovation" has played a very important role in the early stage of equipment simulation,but currently it has gradually become a stumbling block to restrict the innovation ability of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,in the age of Big data,researching user demand and innovative technology dual-engine driven high-end equipment demand is in line with the changing trend in the new information technology environment,and the inevitable requirement of seizing the technical commanding heights.This paper incorporates the needs of technological innovation into the background of "demand analysis",designs the framework of equipment demand analysis and gives corresponding analysis and evaluation methods.This paper focuses on the issues on planning stage of high-end equipment,including: user demand acquisition,technological innovation demand acquisition,integration of user needs and technological innovation needs.The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)A framework of demand analysis and technology selection of high-end equipment manufacturing innovation is proposed.In order to solve the demand analysis problem in high-end equipment manufacturing innovation under the environment of Internet and big data,this paper puts forward a demand analysis and technology selection framework for high-end equipment manufacturing innovation.According to the idea of demand data acquisition,demand data mining,demand generation and demand-driven technology selection,this paper designs the framework and process of equipment demand analysis and technology selection in the form of sub-total.Among them,the first three modules are respectively developed from the perspectives of user demands and technical requirements,and finally integrated through the demand-driven technical selection module.(2)A user demand analysis method that considers user satisfaction and demand importance is proposed.Aiming at the user demand information of high-end equipment in the open source environment,this paper proposed a user demand analysis method that considers user satisfaction and demand importance.First,towards a variety of data sources,the BiLSTIM method is used to extract the user’s point of view(review objects and review words),and the SVM is used to classify evaluation words and calculate the user satisfaction of equipment attributes.Next,the demand importance calculation method based on HLDA and AHP is proposed,and the comprehensive utility value of the user’s demand is finally calculated combined user satisfaction and demand importance.Last,this proposed method is applied to a case study.(3)A method for acquiring high-end equipment technology innovation demand based on text mining is proposed.Aiming at the technology demand information related to high-end equipment manufacturing,especially patent information,this paper proposed a text mining based technology innovation demand acquisition method for high-end equipment.First,the equipment technology entity is extracted by Bi LSTM-CRF method.Next,taking equipment named entity as dictionaries,based on the concept of text similarity,this paper proposed to use two indexes of technology novelty and technology follow-up to describe the novelty and influence of patent technology.Then,combined with timing analysis of patents,the related technology maturity of equipment manufacturing is assessed and the technological innovation requirements are obtained.Last,this proposed method is applied to a case study.(4)A method for equipment technology selection based on entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.Integrate the user requirements and technical requirements of high-end equipment,this paper proposed a method for equipment technology selection based on entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.First,based on the user demands,a matching method of equipment related technical solutions is proposed,and the equipment-related technology projects are screened according the technique requirements mining results.Next,the evaluation index system of equipment related technology project is designed,the weight of each index is calculated by entropy weight method,and each technology is evaluated and selected by fuzzy comprehensive decision method.Last,this proposed method is applied to a case study. |
