With the increasingly perfect high-speed railway network in China,high-speed railway plays an increasingly significant role in promoting the development of transportation from pursuing speed and scale to paying more attention to quality and benefit,from the relatively independent development of various modes of transportation to the development of integration and integration,and from relying on traditional factors to the development of innovation.Meanwhile,China's macro economy has entered a stage of high-quality economic development characterized by changes in growth rate,optimization of economic structure and transformation of driving forces for development,the connotation of economic development has shifted from speed and scale expansion to optimization of structure,innovation-driven development and improvement of quality and efficiency.The coordinated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,the Yangtze river economic belt,the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area and the integration of the Yangtze river delta have made the development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei,Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta city clusters more and more important in supporting and leading China's economic and social development.Transportation plays a key role in the formation and development of urban agglomeration.Modern high-speed railway makes various elements of urban agglomeration flow frequently among cities,supporting and guiding the formation and development of urban agglomeration.The research on the influence mechanism of high-speed railway on urban agglomeration development is conducive to the implementation of the national regional coordinated development strategy and the construction of a transportation power,to support the construction of a modernized comprehensive transportation system and the high-quality economic development of urban agglomeration,and to solve and alleviate the problems and challenges of urban agglomeration transportation development.Based on the existing theoretical research on the development of urban agglomeration by high-speed railway,uses regional economics,new economic geography and relevant theories of urban agglomeration for reference to build a research framework on the impact of high-speed railway on the development of urban agglomeration,and to study the influence mechanism of high-speed railway on the development of urban agglomeration.Combined with the actual situation of high-speed railway network development in China's urban agglomerations and the demand for high-quality development of urban agglomerations,based on the influence mechanism of high-speed railway on urban agglomeration development,drawing on the theories of knowledge spillover,this paper studies the dynamic mechanism of the influence of high-speed railway on the development of urban agglomerations from the perspective of knowledge spillover,and further improves the research framework of the influence of high-speed railway on the development of urban agglomerations.Based on the the influence mechanism of high-speed railway on urban agglomeration development and the dynamic mechanism of high-speed railway on urban agglomeration development,seven major urban agglomerations including beijing-tianjin-hebei,Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta were selected as the research area.The number of regional patents is selected as the regional knowledge stock,and the knowledge spillover space weight matrix based on the knowledge function is constructed to investigate the knowledge spillover effect.Through LM test,the spatial dupin error model is determined and constructed.Through comparative analysis of knowledge spillover based on knowledge function space weight matrix,including high-speed railway system under the system of time distance weighting matrix and weight matrix based on economic distance of space space under the doberman error model to estimate the results of space research of high speed railway knowledge spillover effect its influence on the development of the urban agglomeration of the third industry,from the multi-level,multi-scale,multi-angle research of high speed railway the difference of knowledge spillover effect on different urban agglomeration industry cluster.Based on the influence path of high-speed railway on the development of urban agglomerations,uses the method of social network analysis to calculate the network density,number center degree,network center potential,middle center degree and proximity center degree of seven major urban agglomerations before and after the completion of high-speed railway,compares and analyzes the influence degree of high-speed railway on the spatial network structure of major urban agglomerations,studies the difference of high-speed railway's influence on spatial optimization of different urban agglomerations from multiple levels,multiple scales and multiple perspectives.The main conclusions are as follows:The influence mechanism of high-speed railway on urban agglomeration development is: High-speed railway affects the development of urban agglomeration mainly from four ways: factor flow,industrial division,spatial pattern and knowledge spillover.High-speed railway influences population flow in urban agglomeration through residents' travel mode,industrial layout and urban layout.High-speed railways affect the flow of goods in urban agglomerations by releasing the capacity of existing railway lines.By increasing the income of railway passengers and freight,high-speed railway causes the reform of transportation structure in urban agglomeration and carries out capital flow in urban agglomeration.High-speed railway influences industrial division of labor in urban agglomeration through industrial agglomeration and industrial diffusion.High-speed railway mainly changes the accessibility of the areas along the route by shortening the time distance and space distance between cities within the urban agglomeration,thus changing the spatial pattern of the urban interior and urban agglomeration.The opening and operation of high-speed railway can accelerate the frequency of knowledge exchange and transmission,reduce the space-time cost of knowledge transmission,and promote the formation of knowledge spillover effect.The knowledge spillover caused by high-speed railway accelerates the flow of factors through the high-speed railway network in urban agglomeration,and becomes a catalyst for deepening the industrial division of labor,promoting the evolution of spatial pattern,and thus promoting the high-quality development of urban agglomeration.The dynamic mechanism of high-speed railway affects the development of urban agglomeration is: High-speed railway shortens the spatial and temporal distance between urban agglomeration economies,reduces the spatial and temporal cost of knowledge weight matrix that can reflect the knowledge spillover of high-speed railway,establish the corresponding spatial Dupin error model.To some extent,this paper has solved the quantitative problem of the dynamic mechanism of high-speed railway influencing the development of urban agglomeration,provides case support for various localities to implement the plan of building a transportation power and formulate differentiated policies that are compatible with the actual situation,expands the application scope of knowledge spillover theory and spatial Dupin error model.
